Whole lot of Castellanos in RF.

An elbow issue that’s relegated Bryce Harper to DH duties of late has been diagnosed as a ’small tear’ in his UCL, reports Alex Coffey of the Philadelphia Enquirer. While the reigning NL MVP remains able to swing the bat, he’ll undergo a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection on Sunday that will keep him out of the Phillies lineup on Sunday, and possibly into early next week.

The team had previously called the issue a mild elbow sprain, but a visit to Dr. Neal ElAttrache confirmed a test from last week that appeared to show a small tear in his ulnar collateral ligament — the same ligament replaced in Tommy John surgeries. Whether or not such a surgery is in Harper’s future remains to be seen, but it appears that the Phils’ present intention is to keep Harper’s bat in the lineup in whatever way possible.

Nobody besides you and those mongoloids gives a flying fuck. Seriously, you annoy most here infinitely more than the actual NY Yankees do.

The Astros have one pennant since MLB began their enforcement on sticky substances (6/21/21). That leads the American League.

i bet he enjoys having October and Novembers off ?

Luis Barrera for the A's walks it off against Raisel Iglesias with a 3-run homer, his first of the year.  All 2,000 fans in attendance going buck wild.

David "The Renegade" Bednar for the Buccos has quietly become one of the best relievers in all of MLB.  Multi-inning save, no problem.  Come in a traditional closer role to lock down the 9th, no problem.  Dude is badass.

His brother really fucked us up in Omaha last year, too.

You mean the best team in baseball?  Yeah fuck those guys.  2.07 team ERA.  Is that good?

Five days ago today was the last post in this thread from our resident Dodger loud mouth.  Did wifi go out on the boat?

Another shutout for the Astros.

Yawn

We got a position player lobbing them in at 44 mph on Sunday night baseball.  Great showcase for the sport.

Lulz and then tried to sneak a 85 mph heater in there.

Pujols now pitching.  Longoria singled off him and asked for the ball.

The best part is......I mean it was at Coors Field, but they just scored 26 runs in 3 games over the weekend there lmao.  Terry over here like:

Cleveland Browns Flashback Friday: Turkey Jones slams Terry Bradshaw

Love how he never slowed down, hauling absolute ass the entire time

Does Houston plan on, you know, losing again?

Ah okay - so they had dropped 2 of their last 3. 5 homers off Eovaldi in one inning today. Jesus.

So you’re saying he’s due to be 46-170, 8 2Bs, 13 HRs, 17 BBs, 50 Ks come June 1?

(but I’ll give you. impressive numbers thus far)

I don’t know why you’re so happy about this. It means one of two things. Either the Yankees are going to have to drastically overpay to retain him, screwing their payroll for years to come or you’re going to have to become a Giants/Mets/Cubs/ Dodgers fan in the near future.

I want to know the 2% that he can beat

I don't think he ever really has to sprint.  He normally is just hitting lasers and jogging regardless where it is hit lol

Or moping back to the dugout after a windmill?

Buccos employing softball players now?  Might have to break out the glove and give them a call.

He had some promise but definitely didn’t have it upstairs to ever put it all together. He didn’t embody the Yankee Way and had no place in the org.

The Yankee Way is like the aggy code of honor. Preached but not practiced.
