February 10, 20196 yr Laughable. Chelsea have bought some really shitty English players the last few years.

February 10, 20196 yr Yeah, the four goal second half sucked. But this looks like City are gonna score 6 or 7 if they want to. Edit: four goal, not foul goal. So mad I can't spell. Edited February 10, 20196 yr by TexArcher

February 10, 20196 yr Sarri is salty. Walked off refusing to shake Pep's hand. So yeah, Sarri, not sorry.

February 11, 20196 yr Expected reason was given. "I didn't see him." https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/man-city-guardiola-sarri-handshake-15812204

February 16, 20196 yr I’ll never understand why the EPL plays more games in December than January and February combined.

Just looking at the schedule and I pick Spurs because I know their schedule pretty well, they played 9 games in December. All but two were EPL games, those were a European cup date and the EFL cup. Roll over the January and they played 8 games, 2 FA Cup games, 2 EFL games (Semis) and 4 EPL games. Feb will feature 5 games, 4 EPL, 1 European cup date. But they missed an FA round (plus potential FA replay) and there is the EFL Championship later. And there is another European mid-week schedule too. But basically the December schedule has to be jam packed to allow for 7 or 8 open dates in Jan/Feb.
February 17, 20196 yr 75% of EPL teams couldn’t give a shit less about the carabao/milk/paints/carling cup. The FA Cup has also lost a ton of prestige with a lot of big teams playing all backup squads early in the competition. Playing 3 league games in 6 days around the holidays is reckless and outdated. Top 4 teams are also playing group games in the CL in late November/early December. The current schedule is is an homage to the 1990’s when teams and fans cared about the domestic cups.
