Morehouse has an ERA over 7 in conference play. He is who he is and he’s been no better than Stevens. We will have to win these type of games 12 to 10.

Do SEC baseball fans have to pay for a subscription to watch their team in their conference tournament? Or is that just the shitty big 12?

Yeah, he's green. He made some really good pitches that inning, but expectations should be tempered.

Fuck, let's get these back.  Need the big boys to step up today.  Not much confidence after Skyler in the lineup.

We don’t have a 3rd starter and it’s time to admit it

Time to admit it … was 2 months ago.

He sorta reminds me of Matt Whelan from the 2018 team. Both were lanky guys who had really herky jerky motions, threw reasonably hard but oftentimes had no command.

Ok Skyler ger us going. We're going to need a shitload of runs today.

Oh and then they hit Ardoin. Two on for Daly, nobody out.

Daly double play next?

Nah Augie special.

2nd and 3rd one out.

Hate hate hate hate hate hate the bunt here.

Just shows their confidence in Daly.

Because of that.

We are our own worst enemy

Excellent bunt. Problem is Faltine whiff likelihood

Not a wiff...but effectively worse. Runners on the corners, two down for Hodo.

skyler leadoff single

Silas hit by pitch

runners on 1st and 2nd no outs

Daly bunts over, runners 2nd and 3rd, 1 out

Faltine chop to 3rd with stupid fucking decision to run home by Messinger (Pierce) and thrown out, for 2nd out with guys on 1st and 3rd

Hodo grounds out to short for 3rd out

Altuve like base running.

I guess. That was an out either way.

He wouldn’t have been sacrificing in the 2d inning last season.

I learned in fucking bronco league not to try for home on a ball to third. So stupid

A sac bunt with no outs and runner on first and second is a no brainer. There’s no issue at all with the bunt.

Usually correct, but Trey is so likely to strike out.

My point was it’s early in the game, but more importantly, Daly was a hit machine last season and not an automatic sac situation.

Except we traded two RISP for runners on 1B and 3B.

I know. Not ideal.

ONe bad two-strike pitch, then a lucky hit. We'll see if Zane can get out of this.

Morehouse and Southard are poster childs for how shallow this pitching staff is

Feels like I’ll be split screening softball and baseball late afternoon today

We have two former weekend starters in the pen. Cobb and Stevens have the experience. Let’em loose.

You gotta be kidding me on that shit. 3-0 Oklahoma State.

I knew OSU was going to wreck the fuck out of our staff. Hopefully our offense gets going soon.

Morehouse has great stuff, but...

Overthrows a lot of pitches.  Is inconsistent.  At times, loses focus and misses spots in places easy for hitters to take advantage of.

Has the potential to be really good if he ever learns how to pitch vs just throw...
