My pops. Although he didn't play at Texas, he is a horn (MA and PhD).  These were taken at his small school in PA where he did his undergrad. I will delete if we just want to stick with UT p

I can't find any pics of him, but anyone remember Chad Lucas?

He wore 11 in the early/mid 90's.  He was a jack-of-all trades.

Came in as a LB.  Moved to QB for 3 years, then played his final year at RB

Just want to give a shout out to this guy since we’re 10 days away. Those weren’t the greatest years for UT football but those 4 wins over OU were pretty damn awesome. I was in attendance for 2 of those 4 wins. My years in high school aligned with his years at Texas. I wanted to be just like him so I wore number 10 as well. The pass to Johnny Walker in the last minute of the 89 game is one of my favorite memories of the RRS.

There are plenty of VY 10 Days until Kickoff highlights above, but look at Roy Williams blocking for him on this play. I had forgotten this play but DAMN!

Our last perfectly rated QB (VY) recruit lost his last HS game to Westlake.  Our current starter, perfectly rated QB in his class, also lost his last HS game to Westlake.  Just sayin’ .

10 DAYS  🤘

Great Hearing Keith Jackson's voice...

Going through this, two thoughts.

I am not sure there is ever going to be another guy with all of VYs tools and the ability to use them all in the clutch.

For my money, David Thomas is the best TE to ever play at Texas.
