Or are they just biding time and looking for any excuse not to act because they know they are still too weak at this point to put up much of a fight. This would be like Chamberlain hearing about the Nazi Nuke program while reading a report about the readiness of the UK forces. Yeah, I thought it was really well done and felt "real." They'd have to be terrified of ISB traps at that point and people in that position would HAVE to wonder about the authenticity of the information. They still made the right call in the end without really wasting much time.
May 14May 14 Weirdly, I’ve seen some that have watched R1 post Andor and the two projects not fully clicking with them. I guess it can be difficult for some after watching Andor be the main guy for 2 seasons and then in his final chapter in R1 he’s taking a step back.

Eh is came from Bail, the character in this story most connected to the notion of that statement given his history with Obi Wan and the fact that he is raising the daughter of a fallen Jedi. It was fine given all that background. Edited May 14May 14 by Surly Bevo

General Dodonna says it to the pilots before the Battle of Yavin. I feel like it was something said to people who remembered the time when the Jedi were the keepers of the peace. If anything, George polluted that with the prequels. Even Tarken tells Vader you are all that is left of that religion. Dedra's ending reminded me of the Colonel from Boogie Nights. Shut up, Dedra! Now here's a guy (/Collinsworth) in Partagaz who keeps the Empire going. He's efficient, no-nonsense, competent, and deals with a room full of backstabbing ambitious sycophants amazingly without ever raising his voice. And here he is, raising his voice just once before bringing himself back under control. Finally panicking because he knows he's done for, if not the entire ISB. 16 hours ago, AUS-97HORN said: Dedra got done sooooo fucking dirty. Krennick pushing her down with his finger was a got damn moment. Up until that point and later in R1 (until the end), he was directing the violence, not doing it himself. 3 hours ago, MissingInAction said: Her seamless movement through the hospital laying waste and capping motherfuckers without breaking stride like a fucking ninja. They still made the right call in the end without really wasting much time. I think they were spooked for good reason. So the two senators had an interaction with a spy/assassin with one being the target. Mon was under constant surveillance and having multiple spies as drivers/security for her. Draven was still in the process of turning the militia into an army, but he no doubt heard about the imperial spies caught and killed (Will was there) So the members of the leadership group all had recent interactions and stories of espionage, while knowing that their espionage wing under Luthen collapsed, with some of the remnant members being undisciplined and still operating like freelance agents. A lot of time had passed since the heist, as they are procuring ships and x-wings they probably overlooked the importance of those initial funds. But I think Cassian taking the cue from Draven to not attack the other member who questioned him/Luthan also signified a change in their relationship and trust. I think Draven likely vouched for him, Mon, did so as well, and Organa was reminded what Cassian did and the costs he paid. I think that is why Bail told him. I also like how the force sensitive healer stared Cassian down with a disturbed look. I think she sensed his fate in that moment.
May 14May 14 Cassian and Jyn Erso should have heisted an Imperial shuttle craft when they got out of the tower and booked it instead of holding each other on the beach (even more so now that we know Cassian just orphaned his kid and Bix is going to have to work at space hooters).
May 14May 14 I admit I didn't have Partagaz dying on my list. I also didn't expect Bix, Dedra, nor Kleya surviving.

May 14May 14 In my head canon, Kino Loy went out like a boss after the Empire came to reinforce the prison. He wasn't going back in.

She was so aghast that anyone would accuse her of being a rebel spy. Krennick was right though. In another life, she would have been a very good one. She was just so ambitious and wholly focused on Axis that it was eventually her downfall. Had she just stayed in her lane or found other ways to undermine Heert’s investigation into Axis, instead of an unauthorized raid and arrest, she would probably have risen quite high Edited May 15May 15 by Js1
May 15May 15 Just finished. I thought it was great. 2 questions: 1. I understand the rebellion has to be cynical to survive; but how many fucking deposits in the Good Guys Bank & Trust does fucking Cassian have to make before the leaders trust him? That inquiry in E12 was like he was just some random shmuck walking in from the rain. " Maybe I should stop saving people" was the line of the show, IMHO. 2. Why are there multiple abodes in the series that just leave their front door, if there was one, wide ass open, with zero regard to AC or insects in a tropical environment? Meanwhile on Dagobah... May 15May 15 I think everyone is paranoid of being found out or failing into a trap. They also didn't trust Luthen and thought he could've been compromised. It's also the same two people in Rogue One who didn't want to attack the base on Scariff because they were scared.

May 15May 15 Not seeing Max Rebo, the leader of the Max Rebo Band, on anyone’s favorite character list is shocking. Max, along with Sy Snootles and Droopy McCool, brought down the house wherever they perform.

Season one first few episodes I didn’t like his up tight ass tracking down our main man. but he pulled a high ranking baddie. And that commendable. He low key funny too. I like him.

May 15May 15 Popular Post https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-features/andor-elizabeth-dulau-kleya-finale-1236216087/ Quote “My agent said, ‘The only note [from your Andorcallback] was you seemed a little bit nervous. So they want to see you again. Walk in that room with as much confidence as you can; walk in that room like you are the dog’s bollocks,’” Dulau tells THR, quoting her rep’s words. “Then she said, ‘Also, you’ll be reading at Pinewood Studios opposite Stellan Skarsgård, but don’t let that make you nervous.’ I think I just burst out laughing because that’s insane. It was just an unbelievable thing to hear.”

May 15May 15 So here is a question that it wasn't Andor's job to answer, but I don't know if it has been answered definitely anywhere else in the Star Wars universe. What is the foundation of the relationship between Saw Gerrera and the Urso family?
May 15May 15 I just re-watched 10, 11 and 12. This was off the charts good storytelling. Next week I am starting a re-watch from Season 1 and the through Rogue 1. I wouldn't mind a Klaya and Wilmon story line. Maybe they help the Bothans get the info they need for the 2nd Death Star.
