Seriously, though.... Your 2020 title (and "would have been a title in 2019 had the competition not been a petrostate-fueled sportswashing project"), which was damn impressive at the time, looks more impressive by the year.

Klopp has experience with this coming from Dortmund. At least there's the prospect of someone having a chance in this league versus the totally ridiculous Bayern run that's set up by other dumb teams in the Bundesliga letting their players go to Bayern. It does make that 2020 championship pretty special and that we won it by a huge margin. Made 2019 hurt less. I think Arsenal will bounce back and give them another go next season. Don't lose hope.

The 2020 title isn't as impressive as the 2019 run in my book because '20 was a legitimate down year for City. In 2019 Pool went match for match with a 100 point side.

A little over 2 hours to kickoff of Spurs-Man U and other bad start for Spurs - Man U has already scored 2 goals.

You should fire your caretaker manager's caretaker manager.

newcastle restarts and scores 4:1 like 10 seconds later lol everton

I turned on Everton-Newcastle on my southwest flight in the first half. In the first 3 minutes I watched Everton played 2 of the worst passes I’ve seen in the last 5 years.

woeful club

They are going to have to see if they can do it on a cold night in Stoke.

Spurs get a point in a game they had no business getting a point in after a terrible start.

Enjoy Wigan away bitches.

Wigan is likely going down to League One. They also keep being late with wages.

I sat through and watched the first half of the Brighton-Wolves game today.

Was that the definition of Spursy?

I mean, Jota shouldn't have even been on the pitch at that point.

How many guys have we seen kick players in the head and not get a red card? I mean Haaland did it early in the season. I think this might be the 3rd or even 4th incident this season.

Skipp probably shouldn’t have been either

The boot to the head was a lot worse.

Well, Paul Tierney does suck so....

Klopp is very, very whiney. It's likely to get him a suspension.

Typical English officiating.

1. Be completely shit

2. Get called out for being completely shit

3. ????

4. Profit

If Jurgen is lying about it then make it simple and release the audio. If it was nothing then suspend him. If Tierney said something, yet again, suspend him.

England needs a review process for officiating errors. If you fuck up below a certain threshold, you should be forced to ref only Spurs matches.

The way everyone complains about the refs, it sounds like every Spurs match is officiated by a ref that hates the other team.

Jota’s boot to the head should have been a red card.

Kane’s ankle breaker tackle last season should have been a red.

Tierney and his VAR missed both. So maybe he just sucks all around and isn’t biased.

Tierney was complete shit on Sunday across the board. Jota should have been on a red. The fact that Skipp never got booked is a war crime. During the leadup to the tying goal, Salah got called for a foul of elbowing when the defender pulled his arm/shirt causing the foul. Complete shit.

FIFY

if everton wants any chance of not getting relegated, then today's throwdown is a must win.  anything else and it is hello championship.  they will be proper fucked.

Who cares? Ryan Mason is apparently very whiney too. It doesn’t matter. The officiating is shit so managers complain about it.

Also your comment about Jota’s being worse than Skipp is just dumb. They are both borderline red card offenses. And it’s not as though Skipp only had one problem tackle that game.

I’d much rather neither of those challenges be a red card even though both potentially could be.

Nah I'd say the Big 12.

Refs suck, news at 11.

After an early PK by Everton in the 15', Leicester has answered with 2 goals at 22' and 33' for a 2-1 lead in the relegation battle.

gonna go ahead and start the 2023-2024 Championship thread for yoladu and me.  See you assholes later...
