Like any prudent person, I'd like to know what sorts of people I've been mingling with.  The questions in this poll have never failed me and the results will reveal the ratio of trustworthy fellows vs out and out liars.

Can I include my own body weight in what I can squat?

bench 225 - i can do sets of 5

squat - i usually just rep 225 for sets of 8-10 - no reason to go heavy on it.

40 - definitely over 5 secs,  but back in the day....

Need to add pay stub and Corvette lease payment amounts to the poll.

No shit.  I pay someone to lift for me.

Little Leia could outrun me in the 40...

Only three options unfortunately otherwise I would’ve had an lvn or rn option.  As well as “how many times has your rolls Royce been stolen?”

whatever you can do, multiply it several times. that’s what I warm up with.  pussy.

On #2, I can squat 100+ pounds because my gut weighs at least that much.

On #3 I checked over 5 seconds, because there was no “I can’t run 40 yards without dropping dead”.

I bench 230

Squat 250

Sub 5 40

I also am undefeated in fights

I squat a couple times a day. Usually around 2.5 - 3 Courics.

Shit is rigged for the meatheads. Needs mile time and dead hang pull-ups amendment.

We're supposed to post videos of us doing the bench, right?  Aren't there rules?

I'm 56

BP:  225lbs 8-10 times

I've had 2.5 hip replacements, so squats are no go.

The above statement should tell you all you need to know about my 40 time.

Avatar checks out.

Haven’t ran under a 5 since I played lacrosse in college. Haven’t did squats since rehab for ACL/MCL/PCL reconstruction from playing lacrosse. Haven’t benched 225 since torching my rotator cuff 10 years ago.

Fuck all that noise.

This seems like a poll that could have included the single question, "Who here is over 40?"

Isn't this the same cat that asked if anybody was still a 400m runner or something like that?

1. Ran 4.5 40yd hand timed on a track surface during track practice in college. Could probably still get a 4.7, since I still do sprint drills fairly often.

2. Haven't barbell benched in 3 years. I use dumbbells only since that has drastically helped my shoulder longevity. I usually did sets of 5 at 225 when I stopped.

3. I hit 10 reps for 225 in the front squat during a recent rep max session. I don’t back squat anymore.

These are good questions; I have zero idea because I haven't lifted a weight in years. Many years.

Bench 225 for sets of 12-15

Squat is over 400, but I have no idea how high; I don't push the limits on squats and go for slow/ controlled movements over maximal weight

I don't run worth a shit though
