Skip made this much more difficult than it needed to be.

Your starter was at 92 pitches and could have given you another inning. Now they have to bring in their best reliever. Huge coaching error in this one.

Skip did the right thing given the situation. No reason to tax the starter in an 8 run game. Limiting him to 92 may make him sharper in his next outing that's likely to be on short rest. His relief pitcher let him down. Sometimes shit happens. This is great. I hope OU wins 24 to 23 after 30 innings.

So when Aggy plays OU do they throw the horns up since horns down is the official hand sign of Cocksuck U?

Hey now this is getting interesting. OU going to have to use some pitchers.

Why don't aggy baseball fans call themselves the 10th Man?

I figure 11th man since there’s 10 starters including dh.

Fuck it. As entertaining as the early score was, lets see this go 14, 15 innings, and then have aggy lose.

Are we forgetting the poor sheep in the corner of the dugout?

I disagree and especially against a lineup that can hit. At 92 pitches I'm sticking with the pitcher that's throwing strikes.

Or have ou lose. Either works.

The only thing better to make this game complete would be to have gomer yell leaders grabbing their nuts on national tv atop the dug out as they lead cheers.

Brett Squires’ left hand is broken after being hit by the pitch in the third inning. He will not return in the MCWS for OU

Are you like an hour behind?

I actually think the current format is more forgiving to losing the first game than it was under the original double elimination format

This couldn't be going any better. Aggy is still quite likely to lose, but they're going to keep wasting their better arms trying to win. OU probably isn't too worried but now has to bear down and do the same. Meanwhile, I'm sure the obvious TU bribing of the umps also has aggy fuming.

I can't remember.  We should ask Andre Robertson

He was the second, there was a non letterman walkon from the football team at Texas,  Graylan Wyatt.

No school with Texas in their name should be throwing stones about this.

Fair enough.

You hate to see it.

Come on back Aggy.  Burn some more OU arms.

I could live with Aggy running out of innings at 12-11.

Lets hope the gomers have two outs, bases loaded and the batter looks at called third strike to end the game.

aggy coming back in the 7th really helps Texas. Now both teams will have to use their better relievers. OU trying to get by without using Michael no longer an option.

I would kinda like to see OU break back here with 4 or 5.  aggy losing is good, but I want their will broken.

aggy pitcher went to the Hall of Champions and committed on the spot.  Sounds very aggy.

98 miles an hour throws for walks.

Love how often they're mentioning Melendez during this game. Must be enraging aggys

Must've dazzled him with their baseball trophy case.

meh, not a playmaker.

I hope Aggy loses this. Although, OU blowing a 12-3 lead would be just as good

So was that McDonald who issued the disgusted-sounding groan right after the aggy batter popped it up for out #1?
