It becomes rock hard if you try to eat it the next day. I've never had Nguyen ngo, I'ma hafta try it now. Don's bread has changed over the past five years. Used to be you could just pop it into the toaster oven next day and it'd be good but now you have to microwave it first and then into the toaster oven. And it's not as consistently dense, there are weird pockets where it just crumbles even fresh.
