You love to see it.

Yeah, that was cool.  Didn't see the kid run out on the TV feed, but they showed Stuver taking him back.

Right after the game I had to go take a piss so I didn't burst once we got on the train.  Walking against the grain of the crowd coming towards me and I notice Claudio Reyna, in a suit, a phone to his

That. Was fucking. NUTS. Wildly frustrated that we couldn’t put more than one in with a man advantage, but my frustration didn’t appear to help them. My wife had a conflict, so I took one of my olde

People. My 7 yr old has asked to bring a friend to a game rather than have a birthday party and I support fully.  Best place to buy tickets? Any other tips for kids and games? Looking at Oct 24.

If you're in a supporters group, there's a pretty active ticket trading community who will generally have tickets available for face value. Most are in the supporters section, but I see offers for other seats. Seems like SeatGeek is the best option beyond that.

If you're close to a train station, MetroRail is a pretty fun way for kids to get there.

Even if you're not close, drive to The Brewtorium and street park in the cul-de-sac. Have a couple beers and pretzels and maybe a flatbread pizza and catch the train to the stadium which is like two blocks away. The food is my kids' favorite of any brewery in town and they don't even necessarily have a kids menu. Dark lagers are the best thing on the beer wall. Very underrated pre-game spot.

Pretty shitty attendance there.

I haven't heard. Why is Stuver on the bench? Just needed a break? Where's Djitte? Not even a sub?

Speculation is they wanted to rest several starters.

This could be interesting.

I guess we are conceding this game to rest almost all of our good players?

That sucks, I really wanted to beat these timekilling fuckfaces.

These fucking refs, I sweatergod.

If a guy hits the ball in the box with his upper arm while turning his body, gotta review that and award a penalty. But that shit??? Eh let them play.

Did their manager just come from a community theater rendition of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban?

I'm just over here laughing. That's one of the worst goalie plays I've ever seen.

Tarball fucked up?

Yes that would be putting it nicely.

Is this Austin's 2nd string goalie? How do you have a goalie this bad in AMERICA? There's probably some high school kid down the road in Denver that wouldn't be any worse.

#3288

I mean wow that's such a slow save attempt. That's like some Sunday beer-league level shit.

Tarbell looked as coordinated on that 3rd goal as the Afghan "army" trying to do jumping jacks.

Nice, thanks. That's a great idea.  How long is the walk from the station to the stadium?  Not concerned about my 7 yr old, but trying to decide how many complaints from my lazy 5 yr old are worth it.

What a shit performance from everyone, beginning with the coach. And the refs. And all the players, most especially Tarbell.

what a fucking betrayal to the fans. momentum is key going into next season, but i guess they already got their renewals so fuck us i guess, we gotta see if the 23rd man on the bench is gonna pan out.

#3295

When I saw the lineup it was obvious they had written this game off.  That had to be demoralizing for the players.  And then the fucking ref.

Well it let us know we need a different backup at keeper.

Surely there's an Academy keeper wanting some MLS bench time?

The current NT keeper started playing in fucking high school. It shouldn't be hard.

We’ve still got Pulisic’s cousin and Brady Scott to run through.
