The Brookie is a little over the top

I mean, is this where you draw the line in the fair food game?  :D

I could get down with the chicharron nachos.

Just give me two or three fletchers corn dogs with mustard and 6 or 7 wax paper cup beers and I'm set. More gonzo grub for the rest of y'all.

I'd try the holy biscuit though. That seems pretty good.

The Biscuit and BLT both look good.  But since they're prolly gonna charge 20 tickets each for those items...

This. Adjusted for my annual Fletcher's intake.

My friends that own Bailey's in the Food Pavilion are the ones doing the Fried BLT.  I will certainly sample that.  The biscuit looks good, too.

This.  Kinda surprised something like this hasn't showed up here before.

When they revealed there were 2 types of smoked meat on top they had my curiosity.

The biscuit is interesting. I wouldn’t look for any of these others, and the sweets seem dull.

It's the BLT and the Holy Biscuit.  Whatever they're going to charge for the fried charcuterie is too much, I've been making this for years and years for New Year's Day brunch.  It's not only easy to make, but doesn't cost much for the ingredients.

I drank that many at halftime last year.
