 Beamerball was fun to watch. He definitely had an effect on the game—ST became much more of a focus for a few years when people figured out you could influence the game by putting your best athletes on ST and having them actually practice it. Seems like those lessons have been consigned to the dustheap of history, though.

Mack's special teams units outperformed Beamers from what I recall.
