June 11, 20223 yr Not a good night for the men but the good news is it's going to take a huge choke for the women to not win tomorrow. They have a ton of qualifiers in finals and the potential to score a lot of points.

June 11, 20223 yr Rickylovesweed could you expound a little bit on the recruiting class you commented on a few days ago please? The one recruit i saw from Highland Park doesn't seem like a top sprinter to me with just the 7th best time in the state, and a 21 flat in the 200 meters if ok, but nothing spectacular. I hope there is a lot faster guys than him coming in. TIA

Brenen Thompson running 10.2 and john rutledge 20.55. Nolton Shelvin 10.1 . Jeremiah Nubbe top ranked discuss thrower. Their Distance recruits are crazy good too.

June 11, 20223 yr I think the pressure got to the men. Oh well, I still love where both track programs are under Floreal.
June 11, 20223 yr 3rd leg had a piano on his back. If I heard them right we had the fastest anchor split. He moved up from 6th or 7th to 4th, just ahead of aggy. Edited June 11, 20223 yr by WBT
June 11, 20223 yr The sprinters looked tired. They didn't look great in prelims either. Which is surprising because the women looked completely different yesterday in the semis.

June 11, 20223 yr I think Kristine BLAZEVICA has scratched on all three long jump attempts. Zero points coming from Heptathlon. She did not have a good meet. Is she hurt?

June 11, 20223 yr The talent is at a different level on the women's side but I wonder why the women's sprinters are peaking at the right time and the men weren't?

June 11, 20223 yr 100 is up next for Texas in about 30 minutes and the way Julien is running it's going to be extremely difficult to beat her. Need Kevona to also finish in the middle of the pack for us or higher.

June 11, 20223 yr This graphic cracked me up for some reason. Just put Florida and Texas up there and be done with it. who could have predicted a rainy mess in Eugene, Oregon? So stupid that it gets so much deference.
