Good questions. Can’t they use tablets on sidelines now in college?

Because his OC/position coach is busy cosplaying as a head coach.

Arch is going to be fine and learn from the tape of this week.  Totally uncharacteristic throwing motions, especially in the 1st Half, led to so many WTF throws to open receivers.  75% Arch that we saw last year we win by 10+.

Sark also needs to not make him be his Uncles and a pocket passer!  He is so much better rolling out and if his reads aren’t open, run the damn ball.

So much yesterday was square peg into a round hole.  Patricia had a lot to do with it by disguising coverages all game.

Hook’em!!!

He is here to learn to be a pocket passer. It's Sark's MO and it's the Manning plan to convert Arch from HS QB that runs into an NFL QB that keeps the bus on the road.

I am a believer that the QB must be a run threat. Arch is a run threat. He has to become an elite bus driver. He's not that.

I wish Arch had pivoted as much as all his fanboys here are doing to defend him.

Here's a crazy notion: You can support Ewers AND Arch, and hope they both improve.

that doesn't answer my question either 🤣🤣🤣

Well, between the two of us, one of us has told Arch that he supports him.

Patricia doesn’t run the same scheme vs Ewers. Maybe we win or maybe it looks like January. I wish him the best of luck but I’m glad he’s gone

They ran the same scheme they ran last year, an inverted Tampa 2. The extra pressure they got last year was organic. They didn't have to blitz. They were stouter against the run.

Isn’t Millwee in the press box as well? It is pretty crazy how often they don’t have someone with QBs between series

Judging by mechanics and footwork development with recent QB’s I’m not sure what the QB coach does..

Quinn should starts.

Yeah.  Put a statue out there for a team with 15 yards rushing at the half.  That would work great.

Rumor is that Tua may have been concussed again.

Good chance Ewers plays this year after Wilson shits the bed.

I think there is a better chance Miami cleans house after the season, and they draft a QB in the first 5 picks.

Both will probably happen.

When has Tua NOT been concussed?  Dude's going to be a drooling dribbling mess by the time he's 30.

Tank for Arch!

Agreed. The Dolphins are absolute trash. Quinn will eventually play and then they'll draft another QB at some point (unless he somehow plays well enough to save McDaniel's job which we'd all agree is a long shot.)

Can Quinn come back for his last year of eligibility?

Remember when we were all, "if he does come back, he's not welcome here!"

Hi again.

Ewers was awkward in the pocket, hence the "self-sack" reputation, but Manning has the same complete lack of awareness in terms of when it's time to get rid of the ball. WTF are Milwee and Sarkisian doing? Knowing game situation and when it's better to throw the ball away 5 yards from a covered receiver is a critical game-winning skill. And our QBs don't have it.

Damn Quinn was a golden god compared to arch in this dogshit offense

Yes and no. I think he gets killed behind this offensive line

This is probably true, and we are 5-1 or 6-0 still. There’s that much difference between QE’s game and AM’s. Even I’m in shock at how bad arch can be at times.

Arch appears more composed than Quinn behind a much worse line.

The key word there is "appears."  The net result is worse.  I think Ewers could function better than Arch behind this line until he got injured.

I think the thing that fucked Ewers was that last year's OL just really wasn't that good, particularly against top competition.  Of course, it was light years ahead of this dumpster fire.

Fair and I’m of the belief he gets hurt quite a bit this year. But the offense looks better when he’s in there. Simply because he can hit those screens and slants and crossers much easier.

Ewers was ass. Nothing changes that. However, Manning is a herpes crusted ass spewing diarrhea all over the field at a cost of $4M+ per year.

We are 6-0 with Ewers and yall are still complaining he cannot hit the deep ball.

This.  He’s jittery. Taking sacks too much. Can’t hit a deep pass.

But, IF, he’s healthy they’re undefeated and we’re bitching the whole time wanting to see arch “cause he can throw it deep”.

just being honest.

The #Dolphins are making a change to their QB depth chart for today’s game, as Quinn Ewers will serve as the backup to Tua Tagovailoa for their matchup against the #Browns, per the insiders. This is the first game active for the rookie seventh rounder.

That’s a bold statement when you throw in probably 7-8 more turnovers minimum on self sacks fumbles, just sacks with a lot of extra yards lost with him back there, definitely more int, with this line.

A bold statement? Lol. You guys act like every week we are playing the 2000's Ravens defense. Then the very next week that same defense gets shredded by a much worse team than ours. You want teams to stop blitzing with reckless abandon? Get the ball out quickly. You know who does that? Quinn Ewers. We had a shitty line last year too. LG was an issue. Cam Williams was a turnstile at PB and only got drafted because he is a physical specimen. Most of Ewers sacks came in 3 games and even then he was a superior QB to what we are getting from 16. Last game you saw what a serious effort to get the ball out can do to help stimy a real good front 7 and then you act as though the guy who lived off of the quick game would somehow struggle against a worse Kentucky team than we played last year because of what Arch did. Come on bro.
