I kind of enjoy going to SECRant, because every other school's posters hate A&M and make fun of them, but there are still a few aggies hanging around, desperate for acceptance, taking the hate.  T

Texas (0-2 Big 12 tourney) and Tech (1-2 Big 12 tourney) both make it to Omaha.  Conference tournaments are becoming a waste of time for fans and coaches.

It is crazy how much that kid Brady Smith looks like Matt Damon

Hey great season Florida

no reallly, fuck Florida

next !

Arkansas is definitely the most complete team this year, but OSU is scary in their ability to break a game open.  OSU-Ark is what I'm hoping for.

Beavers look damn good and on a mission. On the flip side, this couldn’t have worked out better for Arkansas.  Will have normal weekend rotation ready for championship series.

Would be a great series I think

Oregon State has lost a grand total of 2 series in the last 2 years.

They are almost impossible to beat in a 3 game series type setting. Best chance of beating them is to knock them out before they get to the national championship series.

At the end I heard the announcer say something to the effect that the last #1 seed to win it all was like 18yrs ago...  yeah rankings.

As always, I want to see a South Carolina - Oregon State series, where South Carolina wins big and the newspaper headline reads, "Cocks pound Beavers."

Singer just worn out tonight...guess beating horns and tech was good enough for him.

He didn’t beat Tech.

More like "Beavers Sweep Cocks, Still Undefeated."

Or Texas.  He looked worn out against Tech, too.

I thought the same.   The question always arises on how much the draft effects a player's performance and mental concentration.   Van Horn noted in a pregame interview that Singer did not appear to have his normal command and sharp breaking ball against Tech.

Checking Florida's stats,  Singer  threw 108 innings  prior to last night.   About average for a Friday night guy (Kingham/100, Knight/Ark/106)

Forgot to mention in earlier post,   Tech had a great season considering they lost their ace Gingery to tj surgery before the season.   Very few teams could overcome that loss and advance to the final 6 of the CWS.

Rooting for MSU tonight, but their “all blacks” look like a beer-drinking softball league uniform!

What’s wrong with school colors in a pivotal game?

Yessir, Gingery might have changed everything for Tech.  Great season.

I really thought Singer looked kind of physically whipped.  Seemed like he was more or less dialed in, just not able to execute, and frustrated by it.

I hope Oregon State University wins the College World Series.  That 1-5 in the lineup is as good as anybody else in the country.  And they know how to draw walks.  Just hope the pitching staff gets the rest they need for Arkansas.  Maybe some more rain will push things back a bit and give them a bit of extra rest.  Long way to go until this thing is wrapped up tonight, but Abel is dealing and pitch count looks good at this point.

Was Abel their usual Sunday guy?

Freshman with only 5 starts and about 60 IP.

Oregon St is a machine known for development of players.

Dude, throw it down the goddamn middle, it don’t make a shit if he hits it 800’.
