This won't be pretty and I'm still pissed we lost to that shitty team.

Is there an NCAA rule that if you throw an incomplete pass on first down, you have to run on second down?

Yes.  It’s rule 38.a.  38.b is that you have to run a draw on 3rd and 25.

When I watch Texas Tech play football, it's clunkier and shittier on offense than the Army-Air Force game.

13 years of shitty football.  It's gotta get better, right?

Captures my feelings towards our program, for sure.

Actually some pretty clever play designs to open the game for Tech.  Two of them could have easily gotten in the end zone on that last drive.   Good one on one plays by TCU dbs.

I'm not looking forward to making Max Duggan look like the second coming of Taysom Hill... again.

TCU and tech apparently go by the rules.

Frankly it's a winning strategy.  Target the fuck out of the QB, rough him, etc etc.  1 starting QB is worth WAAAY more than 1 of 11 defenders.

Looked perfectly clean to me.

So earlier when we settled for a FG at the goal line, we got a first down, then a false start penalty and they moved the down marker to 2nd down. Very competent.

As much as Sonny bitches at B12 Refs, it's about time for a lot more flags to be called against the toads...

geez

Game has been pretty clean other than the refs penalizing us a down for a false start penalty.

Toads have injured six B12 QBs in their games this season:

blOU, kansas, okie lite, k-state (2), tech

That’s a tidy narrative, but it’s not entirely true. Sanders was already dealing with a shoulder injury going into the game versus TCU, as well as Martinez for Kansas State.  Other than the Gabriel thing, most of those were pretty much injuries you’d expect in the flow of a physical game.

All 6 QBs missed time in their games vs tcu after getting hurt in that game...  Not a narrative
