Democracy is winning in a big fucking way.  I’ve been saying the ledge isn’t the only option.  Can keep the lunatics at bay.  And we have.  For at least a little longer…

Assuming they pick up seats in senate, it sucks they’ll lose the house. Nothing will get done for 2 years. No abortion bill.

I was thinking it’s a little weird to write it off given the circumstances. Between the outstanding vote and how PA/OH/MI/MN have played out, if anything my amateur read is that it could very well go to Barnes.

So far not a lot of “fraud” or “stolen” allegations.

The debates would be off the chain. Arguing which porn star gash was hotter.

Tonight buys two, maybe four years. No more, but no less. Both are significant.

And I’m gonna celebrate.  More work to do next time but you celebrate your wins.  Today is massive.

I agree with this. They'll rally around their figurehead when he announces.  I actually think Trump is more beatable than Desantis.  But, does Desantis think he can win the primary and still have a viable voting block to an electoral win? That's the big question.  Desantis probably thinks he can beat Trump in the primary, but Trump would probably then sabotage Desantis's candidacy because... well, Trump is just that big of a grudge holder.

If Trump runs and loses the primary, he absolutely goes scorched earth.  He’s not going to let go of the gravy train.  Way too much money.

Trump running could be awesome for Democrats? He will tear that party apart.

He’s gonna tear it apart either way.  Lulz

Re the Colorado 3rd, looking at where the remaining votes are…things are looking good for the jailbird. Mesa county alone should edge out the 7k lead Frisch currently has and there’s not much left out there for him.

Market futures have turned negative, which is usually a good sign for Dems on election night with votes coming in.

You know, we're 6-7 years into the Trump era, and I figured I had gotten immune to reading ridiculous statements.  But, uh, yeah, that has to be one of the single most fucked up line in political reporting history.

Or a large segment of MAGA voters just don’t bother with no Trump on ballot

Another potential R flip doesn’t go as planned. So far they’ve netted 5 seats. NY looks bad - the courts absolutely fucked the Dems and that could make all the difference in the end

Marijuana results were a mixed bag. We won in the 2 most consequential states due to their higher population and strategic positioning on the US map compared to the other 3, but we lost in 3 deep red states where I was hoping we would do better.
