Serious reply, PS sells more but I have always been team xbox. It has more of the games I tend to play and its more of a fit for an entertainment machine with options

I went with Xbox because Gamepass is an amazing value.

I prefer the Xbox experience more, but PS5 is the pick based on the strength of their exclusive titles.

How old is your kid?  If they are younger, and you spend any decent amount of time in the car with them, like a commute or road trips, get a Switch, you’ll thank me later.  Minecraft, the Pokémon games, Mario, Zelda, etc, make car trips a lot more bearable.

If you have to choose between the two, I’d go Xbox because of Game Pass, plus I have a solid PC for gaming, etc. so there’s overlap for me (although I do love some Gran Turismo and miss that).

PC + pirate bay

PS4 w/jailbreak

Just bought an old switch because I found out those can be jailbroken too lol

I'm cheap, my kids only 3, but I have nephews living with us right now 4 year old and 9 year old too, so they are going to game out after Xmas.
