Yeah definitely because it hit him in the fucking hands. Definitely the worst possible spot to hit a fucking receiver. Goddamn you fucking people are fucking stupid

If the WR doesn't catch a pass, you obviously blame QE. /surly

Sanders clearly saw it.

Like a mosquito sees the windshield.  It was Quinn’s fault.  He has to make the throw on the guys chest.  It’s a gimmie.

It was high, but certainly catchable. IF Ewers or Sanders makes a good play there, that is at least a first down. Neither did.

I can agree with that. But damn if Ewers doesn't try and throw a missile he could have probably made the catch.

That’s fair, but the ball should have hit him in the face or chest, not a ball that makes him leap and extend to try to get his hand on it.

It went right through Sanders's hands. That's not an overthrow.

bullshit it was 5 feet over his head

Guys stop trying to find someone to blame for everything that isn’t perfect. So far the game has been competent. If they keep playing like this it’ll be fine.

New here?

The best player on the pass defense is Shapen. If that changes, the game changes.

Did Ewers let that pass go through his own hands? The receiver didn't have to jump and it still went through his hands. That isn't on the QB.

That shit was high. Go look at it again. It hit the top of his finger tips. Had he hopped he could have brought it down, but hr shouldn't have to do that. It's on both of them, but the ball was too high.

Ball should have been better and Sanders should have caught it. Both can be true.

The good news is that our QB finally showed some emotion after that incompletion.

Confirmed: Quinn Ewers is NOT Jay Cutler.

Not a great pass but Sanders usually catches that

you can sum up all 4 losses with that.     Maybe not specifically Sanders on each one (worthy, Im talking to you)

but we keep having wide open 3rd down plays that end up with either

A) a less than optimal throw, that requires the receiver to contort to catch it, and not keep running

B) receiver just cold dropping it.

those are the plays that keep drives alive.  and allow you to score.... we keep fucking that up game after game

Yeah he saw it as it was sailing above his head.

Well, it didn’t actually

Yeah my bad, it went BETWEEN his hands because he failed to catch it.

They fucking showed Quinn coming off the field and he was obviously upset with himself that he made a bad pass.

The guy that threw the ball knew that was a bad pass and they showed it on TV but WELL IT HIT HIM IN THE HANDS YOU GOTTA CATCH THOSE.

Jesus fuck people.

Wow that’s a little to close to home

It's November of 2030

SkyNet has come online

the Terminators are killing people

Surly has not yet figured out who is more at fault for an incomplete pass

Defense looks tired

they have already been on more than a third of the ENTIRE game

Baylor will just run it 4 times for a 1st down

Need a turnover

Not really, it’d be cool though

I need a replay on the Baylor OL who just grabbed and completely spun our player on that run

Holding on every goddamn play. Unreal

It’s only holding if they throw our guys to the ground…

uh…

At this point holding will never be called

Except when we hit a big play

Finally a sack

No.  Tripped by his o-line.

Except for the 4th down plays, the Defense has been pretty good.
