nice catch though too, db was all over him

Garoppolo out for the season, wow.

We'll see if they revisit not bringing Lance back later.

Jimmy G can never stay healthy. Cool story for the draft’s Mr. Irrelevant (Brock Purdy) to come in the game and have a win though. I thought Lance was also out for the year?

Joe Burrow is a badass!

Still can't believe a 45 year old guy can whip the ball with that much velocity and accuracy.

Two words.  Plia bility

Foutnet is just plain fat, wow. He used to be a beast that could both run you over and move as well. Looks like he's put on 20 lbs. this season and is moving like he's in quick sand.

Malcomb Roach dropping the hammer and trying to force a fumble.

Nice game for Shaheed so far. My in-laws are pretty tight with him and his family. Never thought he’d make it on this team with so many WR’s. Sounds like a good kid.

Riveting half.

Manning’s help. I thought Moss had some good stories.

Brady and the Bucs have 6 total points in the 3 games he’s played against NO in Tampa.

so much for that. bucs will likely win.

it blows my fucking mind how stupid every nfl defense becomes with 5 mins left in the fucking game up by 2 scores.

you absolutely stone cold stuffed brady for 55 fucking mins.... and then you just let him FLY down the field in less than 2 mins to get the game into a 1 score game.

It really is amazing. Also, the guy the series before that went oob when he had an easy first on second down should be cut.

the thing is, its not just The Saints.  I watch the Redzone channel on Sundays, and easily at least half the games that are 2 score games with 5 mins or less left in the game become instant 1 score games because the defenses just completely make zero attempt to stop the other team from throwing 15 yard passes 6 straight times to score in 1 min or less

Dennis Allen is lucky that Hackett and Saturday are head coaches. Dude seems like a complete dunce.

Both of these teams are bad. One has Brady.

This is the play I was talking about earlier. If he puts in any effort and gets the first it’s over.

Slightly off-topic, but if any of you kids are fans of "A Football Life", check out the Julian Edelman episode that replays this Saturday, the 10th, at 9 pm. Good shit.

Helluva line of work if you can get it.

The Niners quickly signed journeyman Josh Johnson as a backup. Johnson is smart and mobile, but he’s won exactly one start in his 14-year NFL career and has tossed more INTs than TDs.

In any other career that would be a hell of a write up: “He’s only had  one successful…(surgery, flight, case, transaction…) nice!

That's pathetic and beyond. Not something you'd expect from Ingram. Guessing he heard quite a bit about this post-game from coaches / team.

Wow. Mark Ingram should know better.

Wow. Mark Ingram should know better.

And the First Down stick was right there to see. He could see it. Terrible.

Probably time to hang it up. A younger Mark Ingram would definitely have gotten that 1st down.

The Saints are saying that Ingram hurt his knee on that play and that's why he stepped out of bounds. I'm not sure if I'm buying it, but it is very unlike Ingram to not get that last yard.

He looked a little gimpy when he got to the sideline but just fall forward in bounds. Then Allen goes full regard by passing on 3rd and stopping the clock. Just let Hill run it twice.
