I’m talking ready to drink type.  Lie, Ensure or Boost but I know there are much better options.  I ordered a good one when I was on chemo but I can’t for the life of me figure out where I ordered it or what it was called.  But trying to transition off of the feeding tube to a “normal” diet (well, what will be my new normal).   I just can’t seem to get enough nutrition by mouth but really want to get this tube out.  So something with plenty of protein and also a good vitamin and nutrient makeup.  Your recs are appreciated

Regardless of what I occasionally post on the Steel Shank thread, I usually have a Muscle Milk for breakfast.

I do a scoop of vanilla Gold Standard whey and frozen fruit from Costco with a banana and almond milk.  Ninja that shit.

Fairlife salted caramel is what my wife drinks.  I add protein powder (MyProtein salted caramel) to my morning oatmeal.

Premiere shakes with 30g protein. Boost also makes a 30g version, but I don’t see them often.

+1 on the Fairlife Chocolate.

That shit tastes way better than it should.

The MM ones are my go-to post workout ones. The 32g protein ones

Fairlife core power elite. 42g of protein and all flavors are good but vanilla is my jam.

I drink the Jocko kool-aid. Love his stuff and flavors. Plus it's fairly clean

banana cream is delish

Sams and they are sometimes out of stock.  IIRC, they are like $17.50 for 12.

I prefer to get my protein from yogurt, egg whites, cottage cheese and chicken. But Gold Standard protein powder is solid.

Where are y’all buying those fairlife’s at ?

Costco. They always have chocolate but half the time are out of salted caramel.

Ditto. Chicken, beef, eggs for me. I put powder in my oatmeal mainly because it tastes so damn good and to ease the sweet tooth.

I drink a boost for breakfast and ensure for dessert.

ill look closer at Costco. I’m a premier guy but mixing in some chocolate sounds nice

On the subject of Premiere, someone's gonna have to explain to me why the lid on vanilla is red and the strawberry is white.

I'm a fan of Evolve.  I consume a lot of protein on a daily basis, but like to mix in a plant-based source.  In addition to 20g of protein, an Evolve shake also includes 10g of fiber, good for a man of my age.

Walked right into that one . . . .

Fairlife chocolate, 2-3 tbsp Folgers coffee crystals, sweetener, a handful of ice cubes, thrown in my BlendJet.
