Even a tie.

Hmm, that would leave France and Denmark on 4 points, Peru and Aus on 1 point, the Euros would probably just play out a snooze fest draw

But, if France knock off Peru, they're on 6 points, if we beat Peru and France beat Danes we go through on yellow cards?
Fuck my heads spinning

thus the reason simultaneous last matches in group play are so important.  that and finishing first = weaker 16 opponent, in theory

Would come down to goal difference in that scenario, then goals scored if GD is equal

1978 Argentina-Peru, imo.

Oh I did not forget, but those were my choices.

Peruvians fans and team belting out their national anthem full force. Pretty cool.

has pogba lived up to the hype? I know hes good.

Yes and no. He's had his issues with the position he's been forced to play by Mou. But no one could live up to the hype he self-inflicted.

Damn, Peru should have been up there.

His touch may have pulled him a little farther wide than I initially thought, but still should have done better.

France is starting to look like the most impressive side in this tournament.  I'm starting to kick myself over not having them go farther in my bracket.

Their attack is impressive.

Their defense is still maginot.

Yeah, but they have Lloris, who is one of the two or three best goalies in the tournament.
