September 15, 20196 yr So Jenkins hires a bodyguard and, because he's ex-special forces and presumably making good money, he's immediately cool with exploding a plane and killing the innocent crew? Sure, why not.
October 2, 20196 yr Imagine telling a story at a bar that involved watching two Asians fall off a cliff and killing a grizzly bear. 😂

April 4, 20205 yr We just got into Yellowstone and binged two seasons. Really enjoy it. That last episode of Season 2 was a train wreck of WTF. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
April 4, 20205 yr Yeah so far my only complaint has been the Season 2 finale. Seemed rushed and just cobbled together. Spent the whole season making the brothers look like Big Bads, and they basically dispatched them way too easy in the final episode.

Yeah, I expected more of a fight, and also something with the airplane.
April 4, 20205 yr Fuck, forgot all about the Airplane...which first came up all the way back in season one, was harped on more in season 2, and nothing happened with it by the end. lulz

April 4, 20205 yr I am a HUGE fan of Sheridans. Fucking loved Sicario, Hell or High Water, and Wind River This show is well acted, well filmed, and has a good premise. However, the writing is ALL over the fucking place. Wayyy too many plot lines, stories that go nowhere, ludicrous events that tend to happen (bear/asian event was off the charts cringing), syrupy/corny moments (“my brand is on the inside!”), and every episode tends to have too many things go wrong to make it even remotely believable. that being said, ive accepted what it is (a primetime soap opera set in montana), and i havent missed an episode.

Sheridan is great, though Soldado (though I liked it) was a step below. Hope the next is better

April 5, 20205 yr He didn't direct Sicario or Hell or High Water either, but agree that those were both better than Soldado.
April 25, 20205 yr Is Yellowstone Season 2 streaming anywhere? I kind of checked out after they cremated the guy at the large animal vet.

April 26, 20205 yr I love this show. Partially because living on a ranch in Montana would be my dream scenario. Also, there's a teacher at my school that looks exactly like Kayce's girlfriend (Kelsey Chow).
April 26, 20205 yr Bought my wife a "Rip can be my ranch hand any day" T-shirt a while back. Really good show on many different levels. Can't wait to see the next season.

May 29, 20205 yr Just watched the first two seasons this past week. Oh boy. Already have the Dvr set to record for s3. just looked, and that ranch is right by the GSK plant I would be working at if I had to have a job after my lay-off, and where several former coworkers went to work.
