A little early but I'm in.

  • Meanwhile, not a penalty:

  • The Philadelphia Eagles lose the biggest game of the year  because an Alabama OU quarter back butterfingers a ball into a defenders waiting arms for a scoop and score and then they get a call they can

NFL figuring out you should go for it on 4th and a yard is going to be almost as relevatory as the NBA figuring out a 3 pointer is worth 50% more points

Not every team has a line that can get them 3 yards everytime

bragging about not taking a timeout because of the play clock and then they do just that. lol

It's like trying to have a math conversation with people who believe 2 + 2 = 5.

Nope.  That was bullshit.  Left foot was off the ground when he secured.  (FWIW, I'm not a fan of either team.)

Or is it turf?

Hurts fucking around on first down letting a fat d tackle run him out of bounds for no gain stalled that shit

That was something of a victory for KC, holding them to 3.

The 94 year old Sod Father they have been talking about all week and it being his last year, really ran out of give a fucks evidently.

They showed a freeze frame with one foot on the ground, ball secure, then the other foot comes down afterward.

It was a catch.

hurts taking that self-sack helped the Chiefs out there

Is this site full of retards? That was clearly a catch. 2 feet down after securing the bobble

Now it’s official, that wasn’t a catch.

Apologies. I didn’t realize I was arguing with a blind person, who’s also mentally challenged.

Seems like he sucks

I just like how the standards for securing the ball on a sideline catch are nowhere near the same as standards for securing a screen pass that gets immediately stripped.

God I love Dave Grohl

You don't realize a lot of things.  You've proven that time and again.

I guess the Eagles are also blind and dumb, considering they tried to rush the next play so it wouldn't be reviewed.

He caught the motherfucking ball. Secured it. Two feet down. Turned up field. If that’s not a catch, they just need to shut the thing down.

Agreed.  Defensive makes a well-timed and great hit but then the offense gets let off the hook.  Of course it goes both ways...I seem to remember Jamaal Charles arguably got let off the hook in the championship game with that catch/fumble/incompletion.

And yet the eagle catches the ball, takes two steps, fumbles, and Mike Pereira agrees its not a catch because he didn't take 3 steps with the ball.

lets see if Philly's defense still has their heads up their ass

If I never hear Lee Greenwood’s song again, I will die a happy man.

Problem is if that is a catch then the Philly fumble earlier is a catch.

Need a KC TD on this drive plus extra point...

28-27 score in 4th qtr would be alotta fun

Yeah, if one stands then they both should stand.

They redefine what’s a catch to favor the offense.

NFL needs step up their field condition game. And worry less about the ancillary bullshit.

What team doesn’t do that on a close play?

I agree completely the rules are retarded.

Let see which defense can force more FGs than TDs now…

I can name one.

In marginal field goal range this time

Wow, that Tesla self-driving ad was a bit of downer....

Of fucking course

Was wondering how field footing could seem so bad

I hope they conclude this experiment a failure.

This experimental turf may be great for putting on, but not for football.

Boom $5000.   Now both teams can go ahead and score 10 this quarter and we get the big number.
