April 5Apr 5 That looks really stupid and really fucking fun. Just like Gunn's Suicide Squad which might be the only DC film I would ever rewatch.
April 7Apr 7 Superman of late is too heavy. Gunn's going the fun route. I can't wait. Edited April 7Apr 7 by smuggs

May 14May 14 I guess other than Batman... I'm just not much of a DC fan. But... strong maybe of watching that in theater.
May 14May 14 Lmao. Action & cinematography look great. The story and acting look beyond fucking terrible. I’ll wait for streaming.

May 30May 30 Superman characters spoiler stuff (pics): Spoiler Toy reveal. Baby Joey could possibly be the son of Metamorpho. Also a baby version of the kaiju seen in the trailer: https://toynewsi.com/14-57946

June 11Jun 11 I don’t think Lex Luthor particularly cares for Superman all that much. Just a vibe I’m getting from these trailers.

Nah just a bad day at the office. Guy Gardner saying "Make a move Big Blue" is cool. And the final scene where he's using his heat vision to destroy shit ton of robots or whatever looks perfect.
June 14Jun 14 Got my advanced screening tickets for Tuesday Night. As a younger DC fan who had to live through the MCU era, it feels like it’s finally our time to shine. Would have been nice at 16, even better pushing 30.

June 29Jun 29 Saw a new preview clip where Spoiler Lex Luthor kidnaps Krypto. Hmm I don't know about that. Seems silly. Maybe he hides some kryptonite in peanut butter or something.
July 7Jul 7 James Gunn: Some people will take offence at my new Superman ““There are three things I don’t ever need to see again in a superhero movie, I don’t need to see pearls in a back alley when Batman’s parents are killed. I don’t need to see the radioactive spider biting Spider-Man. And I don’t need to see baby Kal coming from Krypton in a little baby rocket. We have watched a million movies with characters who don’t have their upbringing explained, like when we see Good Night, and Good Luck—we don’t need to know the early life of Edward R. Murrow to explain how he became a journalist. Who cares?” We had to see a lot of origin stuff with the Marvel movies because a lot of normal people weren't too familiar with the non-X-Men/Spidey/F4 heroes, and in those cases, they were setting up long-term arcs. I think Gunn did it right in Guardians with giving us bits and pieces of backstories. Peter and the shit that happened with his mom, the scars on Rocket, etc. Edited July 7Jul 7 by atomheartbevo
December 11Dec 11 I don't think I've ever watched a Superman movie since Reeves and Hackman. I remember being scared (kid) when Superman got attacked by that computer building thing and the acid could melt through the floor all the way to the center of the Earth. Should I spoiler that? Well that was easy to find... https://makeagif.com/i/trUanE

We will absolutely forget he was aquaman for this. Some guys are just born to play a role(Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool is the other best example of this) and Jason Momoa is so perfect for Lobo.

Maybe the Chris's for Captain America and Thor.
