No one's going to like this RB comp for Roschon because it's an aggy, but he looks like a young Rodney Thomas to me.

Jamaal Charles is the only comparison you can use for a running back in these parts my friend

This is the first one of these comparisons that is actually good.  You're right.

Callin my shot....

Roschon busts at least 1 run of 30+ yards tomorrow vs Okie Lite!!! 🤘

He’s a better RB than Ingram already.

100 yard rushing game as a RB was not something I was expecting...

Congrats kid, you are a machine

That jump cut he does is incredible

Very Pooka Williams-ish. And he runs angry with no hesitation.

Not sure he has Thomas’ speed.

Gotta love the attitude he runs with along with his willingness to do whatever can help the team at rb.  There is a definite uptick in the run game when he gets carries that is missing with our other backs.

I agree, but stylistically, I think they resemble each other.

His patience, vision, aggressiveness, and determination is evident on every play. I think this is likely a permanent position change which could pay huge dividends for him and the team. Sam made two huge mistakes on the interception play yesterday and the first was missing RoJo wide open in the flat, which might have resulted in a very long play or touchdown.

I do think he missed him, he had to have know rojo was there

Pretty sure Sam was locked on to one receiver the entire time. One that happened to have multiple players draped all over him as a result of Sam being locked on him the entire play. We’ll call it a missed opportunity.

Yea I fucked that up.  Meant to say I don't think Sam missed him, but yea he locked into one guy going for the big play.  He knows the plays, he knew where rojo was .  He was trying to hit a home run.

2:22 mark. No one within 30-40 yards of Roschon. Got greedy into the wind and triple coverage. Inexplicable..

Easily the worst decision I’ve seen Sam make all year.

I can't say if this would be permanently done, but with JQJ in the fold, Card, and Milroe, I don't think anyone here would complain. He's a beast.

It’s a home run if you flip it to your back and he runs for 40 yards.

As well he should be.

The guy is the epitome of selflessness, runs like he's the pissed off bull being let out a pin, and is the only skill player I've seen be able to execute a hurdle consistently.

My favorite Horn in a long long time.

I think more importantly he knows his blocking assignment and can execute.

When the offense wasnt going good it was him trying to talk to the offense and hype them up. I’d die for him.

Would love him on the Cowboys but the Jones family would never.....

I will buy a Bears jersey once I know his official number. My Dad and I watched him play in the TXHS playoffs, while at PNG, my Dad and I were excited that he was going to UT!

Decent take

Starting job is available - RoJo is going to be a big addition to an offense that will be significantly better this year.

A buddy of mine who isn't a Texas fan but a big Bears fan believe RoJo could win that starting job

Could be a battle between Roschon and D'Onta, two of the most unlikely RB studs in Longhorn history.

Foreman is just on a one-year contract, right?

I believe so, unfortunately.  Honestly shocked at how small his market was after this last season.

I’m a big Texas fan but not a bears fan and I too think he could win the starting job.

I’m a Bears and Horns fan and I three think he could win the job. He, D’Onta, and Herbert along with Fields could be fun.
