Yes I have a young daughter, and a young boy who is starting to like movies over and over and over again.

I just rip library dvds, save to 3 tb time capsule, stream to Apple TV through an app called filebrowser.

Bought nothing, but the collection has grown to 655 as we’ve added frozen and trolls and all the bullshit the kids watch over and fucking over.

Filebrowser creates icons for each movie, which is just a screenshot from like 5 seconds in, so usually the studio logo.

My 2 year old daughter always points and wants to see “the horsey one!” Which is the tri Star Pegasus, which is basic instinct.
