February 27, 20232 yr I found out first hand what range anxiety is like. It sucks. The EV is great for a daily driver if you have the fast charger at home to plug in every night, but traveling with it and deviating off the interstate is nerve wracking
February 27, 20232 yr I'm all for electric --b ut if I'm honest, the fact that you can get two people 30 miles on one gallon of a liquid that costs $3.00 is pretty damn amazing to me.
February 27, 20232 yr I'm renting a car for Spring Break in Los Angeles with my kids, and Avis had a lot of EV's available. I'm sure the hotels have plenty of chargers available, but having zero experience with EV's I passed.

I will not take my EV to the ski resort. I also want to say, other than a few outliers, there's not really a huge surprise in the results.

If you search the area you're going to be in and there's a lot of Tesla superchargers then it isn't bad. Or if your hotel has a quick charge station comped for guests.
