Videos are weird as fuck but have come to dig the song:

and just the song:

The hell with what are you listening to.

What are you wearing?

Fucking beautiful. The irony of Bob taking pictures of the audience at the end is priceless. :D

Robert lookin rough, but his voice hasn't aged at all. Chvrches as a backing band sounds great, also.

Cross-posting from the NCAA tournament thread. Great song and he also leads the best band on late night tv. I wish they’d post all the music Jon Batiste & Stay Human perform during the commercial breaks on Colbert’s show.

Revisiting some Arcade Fire after listing them in the 3 straight great albums thread and listening to their new tracks.

This is such an awesome back-to-back off of Reflektor.

I always thought the first track sounded kind of Christmasy.

(and then it goes into one of my favorite AF tracks ever)

And then it goes into Afterlife which is fucking awesome too but I'll leave it at the first 2

Damn near perfect album

I try and not show my ass without reason - but this is reason enough - this is the best new hip-hop song I've heard in 10 fucking years.

Good Gawd Jennifer Connelly was so faptastic in that movie.

Yeah, I'm posting it in 2 threads.

In chronological order...

And to quote Bob Weir, and lyricist John Perry Barlow (RIP), “Lovely to look upon, heaven to touch, it’s a real shame they got to cost so much.” In that spirit I’ll include a pic of Bob’s daughter Monet.

I still own that album and I’m not ashamed to admit it. I’m sure it came in one of those long box packages that are shown in that video. Also, you really should’ve started your post with “I ran.”

Everyone thinks if I Ran when they think of flock of seagulls but space age love songs is the much better song.

Don’t sell Telecommunications short.

Or You Can Run.

Or Modern Love Is Automatic.

I'm 32 years late to arrive but I recently stumbled on "Joey". My lord, how have I missed this song? One of the best female rock vocal performances I've come across, and the lyrics cut deep. I think this live version is even better than the studio cut.
