Neanderthal Rangers using sac bunts to create two runs.

Much more fun to swing away and GIDP like we do, imo.

I'd say the check swing hit and the bloop hit off the hands did a lot more good than the bunt

That's so second millennium of them.

Oh, sure, NOW you hit a HR.

He draws a decent amount of walks and occasionally runs into one. I have no idea what the numbers are as to if he’s more likely to run into one with the bases empty vs traffic.
get a fucking big fly here Abreu.

Money Maton!

I TOLD YOU HE WAS GREAT @LCHorn

I was told Abreu was an rbi machine?

Biggest disappointment of the year so far to me. Well, tie with Garcia anyway.

I mean, there's no reason Maton shouldn't have a great year.  He has good stuff and relief pitchers bounce up and down so much year to year.

Not great Bob.

As a Techsan, of course I like Jung.  His mannerisms in the batter's box make him look like he chugged 12 cups of coffee before the game.

Other than the bunt made the infield play in which allowed the bloop hit.

Same with Smith, who still owns the Astros lately.

Reminder that their record at the end of April 2022 was 11-10.

Definitely trending that way, or worse, for April 2023.

Can this team reel off an 11-gm winning streak like they did early last May and then finish May with a 32-18 overall record?

We lost our first game to the Rangers last year as well.

Can't win the WS without losing that game to Arlington first!

The Orioles had a 10 game winning streak last season in the middle of an 83 win season. Of course they can - baseball is weird.

Jackie Robinson, Mauricio Dubon...two second basemen with a place in baseball history.  One broke the race barrier and one...the Honduras World Series barrier?
