I guess Donald Trump found some votes in Georgia after all

The Georgia Indictments say there were zero "no bills." That means that the Grand Jury decided to indict in all cases that the DA (the prosecutor) sought. This is very very bad news for Trump, and likely others in his circle.

What I love about the Trump indictment is how BLACK it is. I know that is the worst nightmare of Trump and his sycophants. From the lashes and 28-piece pixie cut, to the sleek bob, to the Rick Ross beard--Thank you Fulton County, Georgia and Fani Willis, no matter what happens.

Sebastian Gorka claims that Trump asking Raffensperger to find 11,000 votes is the same as saying, "I just want to have vanilla ice cream for dessert"

The people who actually testified against Trump in Georgia are mostly Republicans, but don't let the fact confuse you, little Lindsey. https://t.co/FfZYYBwSIt

Takeaway: All this effort and alleged criminality toward a state that wouldn’t have even won him the election, not even close. 16 EC votes and he lost by 70. He needed so much more to happen to beat Biden.

Unlike Trump’s Health Care Plan, that stack of papers with the indictment appear to have words printed on them.

As someone who’s followed this way too closely. Stephanie, overturning Georgia doesn’t give him 270, it gives his fraud claims legitimacy. (Any state does) but Georgia was the most friendly to his overtures. Once he gets a tiny hand in the door, it all comes crumbling down.

I’m curious to hear from those of you with experience in criminal law including prosecutions. What are the chances Trump never sees the inside of a prison with all these indictments on the table. To a layperson like myself it just seems unreal that he will ever be sent to prison. Rich and powerful people usually find a way out. Yet at the same time I can’t imagine he skates on ALL of this. Just unreal when you sit back and think about the totality of the situation.

edit: there is at least one person who thinks he will get locked up…

Right now ⁦@MSNBC⁩

Under normal circumstances, conviction rates are high.  My speculative opinion is that he's not going to plead "guilty," and is likely to be convicted in more than one of these cases.  As far as sentence, your guess is as good as mine.  But these are not good facts and he's not making new friends with all his blathering.  I've said for a while that I think he's going down.  Maybe I'm wish casting, but others are doom casting.  Nobody' knows shit.  Let's all watch the movie together.

In order to be released on bail in Georgia, the defendant must prove there’s no risk of witness intimidation or the obstruction of the administration of Justice. After what Donald posted about former Lt Gov Geoff Duncan today, that’s going to be exceedingly difficult.
