Not trying to justify his words here, but like much of the Internet, our in person interactions were not even close to this.

Maybe it was the copy of Financial Times.

Wow cool so you met a two faced racist who is too chickenshit to say the fucked up things he thinks outloud except on forums where he cant be fucked up with a crowbar. Truely strange.

I feel like the NY Times Pitchbot saying "I can't top this", but I was just bumping channels and momentarily stopped on CNN. I heard "Will Trump's felony convictions help or hurt him in the upcoming election? We'll discuss, coming up next."

I’m just enjoying pointing out to them that if he’d only just cut a personal check to the porn star, his accountant would have dealt with it, and we wouldn’t have known about this and even if we did know, there’s no trial, because there was no fraud.

But he couldn’t cut a $130,000 personal check for whatever reason.

Gotta Q it up a bit if you want to land the likes of Kirk Cameron or Scott Baio.

Grizzled homicide detective Jesus "J.C." Trump (Jim Caviezel) has seen it all, but nothing could prepare him and his longtime partner John Thomas Bartholomew (Scott Baio) for their next case.

After a series of blood drained babies start popping up around town, it's up to J.C. and John Thomas to uncover the truth... and they've got a bad feeling this could go all the way to the top.

After an anonyms tip from an online informant named "Q", newly appointed Police Chief Hillary Biden Obama (played by trans actress Hari Nef) and her pizza making husband Hunter Clinton become their prime suspects.

The press need to understand that the politicians need them more than they need to politicians.

Better candidate than Bernie whom she beat fair and square.

You could not possibly be more mistaken if you'd said that Hitler was a better candidate, and here is why: The blue-collar workers who voted for Trump in 2016 would have voted for Bernie.

I can't fathom why people don't grasp this. The minute Hillary was nominated, Trump won the election. She was, in the flesh, the embodiment of the Democrats' cozying up to big business while taking Labor's votes for granted, a trend started by her husband in '92 that continued up until Biden finally started to actively take an interest in Labor's needs during his presidency.

I don't like Michael Moore one bit, but he was the only other person I know of who caught on to this back in 2016.

Hillary would have won but for Comey’s eleven day surprise. She got 3 million more votes than Trump. That kind of thing matters in every democracy but ours.

bwhahahahahahahahahahahaha

Please drug test Trump, please hahahahah

Following his felony convictions. Donald Trump was required to report to probation services to prepare a post conviction pre sentencing report for Judge Merchan. Trump blew off the requirement and left the courthouse before he visited with his new probation officers. That may have been a big mistake  Judge Merchan depends on the probation report to determine Trump’s sentence. If he cannot follow the rules of probation. Prison may be the necessary sentence.
Whether Trump is sentenced to prison, probation or a ‘split sentence’ of prison and probation. Probation services are about to be a big part of Donald Trump’s life. Criminals on probation are supposed to accept their guilt and show some signs of remorse and retribution for their crimes. Trump is not likley to do that. If Trump doesn‘t follow the rules. He can and will be violated and sentenced to prison.
As a convicted felon,Trump no longer has the freedoms that are afforded to those of us without a felony conviction. One restriction will be on Trump’s travel. As a convicted felon Trump will need permission to leave his state of residence. His passport will be seized and any foreign travel will be prohibited or greatly restricted by his rules of probation. Not only that but many countries do not allow felons to enter their county.  This conviction will drastically change Trump‘s life. I do not see Trump successfully completing a sentence of probation if that is his sentence.

"you've just been convicted on 34 felony counts, Donald! What are you going to do next?"

I'm gonna go watch a bunch of nearly naked meatheads fight!

What are the ny laws about felons being around other felons ???

I know this seems like an obvious thing to have, but in reality the reason convicted felons aren't banned from office is to take away the incentive for an incumbent president to politically attack his challengers with false imprisonment to remove them from challenging him. It is the right call and the constitutional authors understood that.

What are the ny laws about felons being around other felons ???

I seriously doubt there is a law prohibiting that. There isn’t one in Texas.

There MIGHT be a standard condition of probation that would include that restriction though. In Texas, the language refers to “persons of bad reputation of character.”
I’ve never seen that enforced ever though, except MAYBE in a scenario where two felons are wanting to be roommates.

CSB- An old business partner of my fathers was a hit man in the mafia for 2 of the NY families.  He went to prison and when he was out on probation he was sitting in Central Park and a known mafia person jogged by him and said hello.  The feds got a picture of that and put him back in prison for associating with a known criminal.  Maybe that is federal level versus state level rules?

NPR had a former prosecutor on a few days ago. He said a fairly compelling argument could be made that the law cited to turn the misdemeanors into felonies was a tenuous connection at best. NPR is not wont to give airtime to shills, so I assume the guy was legit.

I was only partly paying attention. I don’t know if he was saying that was the tack trump’s lawyers should have taken with their case to the jury, or if it is a potential avenue for appeal

Yes, this is the most controversial part of the case and the fact that federal prosecutors chose not to prosecute the election fraud charges the state of New York leveraged. But the tactic his lawyers should have taken was that he paid off Daniels because of the harm that it would cause his family and marriage. But Trump only knows one way.

LoL I don’t know which side of the ledger Georgia falls on, but I guarangotdamntee you NY would be totally cool giving up all federal funding if it meant keeping what their state contributes to federal revenue.
