On Friday, KLFY News confirmed the restaurant was closed for the day.

Seems like an overreaction.

I'd say that that Arby's may as well close up shop. Who's going to eat there knowing somebody died in the freezer? But if you're eating at Arby's, you've already given up on life, so what does it matter.

mescan pizza and a baja chalupa with a double decker on the side?  shit is good.

Yep, at least the market fresh sandwiches are pretty good. Taco Bell has the consistency of pet food no matter what you get.

I'd much rather have to choose something at Arby's than Taco Bell, McDonald's, or Subway

There’s a great chapter in The Stand that covers the second wave of people dying…those that are immune to Captain Trips but struggle without technology, law and order, etc.  One guy electrocutes himself hooking up a generator, another has a gun explode in his face, a dude overdoses on pure smack, etc

One chick is legit happy her family is dead, outside her baby brother, all painted as ‘no big loss’ as told from 1st person…no empathy, angry, etc.  Well she dies in the second wave by locking herself, with her dead family, in the walk-in by accident.  No big loss.

That book is longer than a YGIFS essay about brevity, but there are some chapters/storylines that have stuck with me since I first read it in the 90’s.

Sober is no way to go through life.

Potato, potahto.

If you go to that Arby's and they advertise a new sandwich, The Long Pig, don't order that.

Added a 5-piece to my order on a whim on Wednesday. They are not very good. Nor were they warmed all the way through. Needed more time in the microwave.

Well Never Know Season 1 GIF by The Roku Channel

If you ever tasted their grandkids "Andy Steak Bites" off the Ranger Meals of Texas Roadhouse you would know.......those are the worst cuts of meat and just overcooked to hide the imperfections and a waste of red meat consumption for those of us on a red meat pitch count.

Life is too short to eat any sort of fast food or chain steak bites.

Sheesh.

Sheesh.

I mean, do you even eat at gas stations, bro?

"Enlarged to show texture".....a decent pitch for bocadillos para perros, but a TERRIBLE tag line for porn.

In days gone by. I'm in the twilight now and a gas station burrito might put me in the ER.

They have been staying open a little later recently.

Why the hell do y’all eat there?  I mean you’re all REAL fucked up.

If you never had a drunken feast of 5 for 5 Arby’s sammiches on the coupon deal slathered in two kinds of sauce, did you really live?

5 for 5 was the shit...30 years ago. 3 for 13.95 doesn't have quite the same ring to it.

I mean…I used the past tense.

1967 was witness to all three of my visits to Arby's...first, last and only.

Those ads were all over the digital displays on the Strip in Vegas this past week.  Not quite sure if that is effective advertising.
