August 26, 20232 yr These are new. Just saw them this morning. I’m skeptical so I didn’t buy any. Anyone else try them yet? Doritos is always trying new things and a lot of them are kinda sucky. (Ketchup flavored? Seriously?) I just wish they’d bring these back; they were all good.
August 26, 20232 yr Drunk Buckeye never buys anything, just posts. Spend the $4, your booze budget will be fine.
August 30, 20232 yr Picked these up at 99 Ranch Market a few days ago. They also had cucumber and cuttlefish but I left those behind.
August 30, 20232 yr Saw these yesterday and had to pick up a bag. Unsurprisingly, they slammed and would rank as one of the better Cheddar chips I've had. Washed them down with some Brawndo.

August 30, 20232 yr These are pretty good, not sure what makes them loaded compared to the regular taco ones, but noticed more seasoning overall and a nice amount of chilli powder.

Just saw those tonight. Weird package design. Tough to get a good pic. I haven’t tried them but I like the original taco flavor. Maybe I’ll have to give these a shot.

I heard on a podcast that “natural” flavorings only means that a natural ingredient was used somewhere in the process. It can be chemically altered in unlimited ways and still be called natural.
November 3, 20232 yr Disclaimer: I hate WalMart. The place is depressing as hell. Unfortunately, I needed to get a replacement coffee carafe today and Walmart on Anderson Lane (Austin) showed that they had one in stock. As I wandered through the store, I happened to walk past the chip aisle. Oh, look, on the end cap -- "Great Value" Jalapeno Chips. Full confession, I am a jalapeno potato chip junkie. I tend towards Kettle Brand, sometimes Zapps or Miss Vickers, maybe HEB every once in awhile. Bought a bag. Holy crap, they don't suck AT ALL. A bit of that sweetness some brands have, a nice heat, nothing crazy, good salt level, eminently munchable. I wonder whose chip they're rebranding?

November 3, 20232 yr I could swear the brand is Miss Vickie's. https://www.missvickies.com/ It's a Frito-Lay product, but better than their standard offerings.
November 3, 20232 yr Yeah, you're right. The chips slam, and I'm definitely not anti-Frito Lay. They're no Old Dutch, but have plenty of worthy offerings.

November 14, 20232 yr Cross posting from Steel Shank -- I'd forgotten about this thread. This offering from Julio's is legit.

November 15, 20232 yr Maybe the stuffing one. Not sweet tater casserole. I hate that dish and all things sweet potato. Why wouldn’t you make these with sweet potato chips?
