Bad: Schembechler's kid is a racist POS, fired by Michigan after 3 days; worst: answers to "Shemy"

Was it Family Guy where Peter hushes everyone to listen for the slavery-era Underground Railroad, and he lifts up a floorboard and it's a little toy train?  That's about the extent to which you should listen to Shemy on racial issues.  There isn't really politics involved here.  Everybody's been so charged up to associate anything racial to politics.  But there are incredibly obvious racial themes here.  Incompetent (both personally and professionally) legacy dumbass posts all kinda stupid shit (who knows what else he says behind closed doors) about slavery and the Black experience in America.  It's already stupid, but to do it in a sport dominated by young Black men, is beyond moronic.  He deserves everything bad that happens to him.  It's not political.  If you think slavery wasn't that bad, or people are jumping too harshly on Shemy or empowering Black students to learn more about slavery/jim crow/etc...then you remind me of people who think Ella Baker was the black woman who sang "At Last"

It's amazing to me that people don't get the connection between sport and racial equality.

Is the joke that aggy thinks Rorschach is a Jewish financier hellbent on establishing a New World Order?

Imagine thinking someone choosing not to follow politics on social media is somehow an example of DEI run amok.

You don't either.  He is working at a public university, meaning he has a constitutional right to free speech, and was forced out for clicking on controversial opinions.  If he was black the world would have yawned.  Anyone who supports what UM did has managed to line up against equality and freedom at the same time.

Wait, whut?  You'll have to forgive me, I'm literally in the middle of a mid-life brain rewire.  is this a bit or serious or ironic cry for help or?  It sounds like stupid guy did stupid shit given his environs.  But you may very well know the story better.

"Lined up against equality"?  That just sounds weird.  But I am willing to learn.

You think someone has the right to like racist  posts publicly on social media and keep a job interacting with athletes who can leave the athletic program for any reason or no reason at all? Have you ever run a company or any organization?

Which tweet said that one race is better than another?  Have you ever entertained a thought without believing it?

Of course, nearly every human to walk the Earth has let an idea knock around their head for a moment and not fully embraced it.

But I don't think most people learn/hear/read about slavery and think, "Well that just sounds like a giant misunderstanding."

You gotta be doing a bit.  It's impossible you're this fucking stupid.

Whether he works at a public university or not has no bearing on his constitutional right to free speech.  Working at a public university means that his shit is on blast.

I have never “liked” a tweet that in any way minimizes chattel slavery or its effects on those who suffered through it or their descendants. That is what he is alleged to have done. If he did that he is a huge liability to any organization that interacts with the public

It is puzzling to say the least that you think otherwise

might have been too political
