No. We can't.

Well that was dumb

At least it was a strike /s

Bye bye, hosting. This team is trash away from the Disch this season, so that’s not ideal.

Or is it just this building?

If I was the KU coach, I'd smack 25 in the side of the head for swinging at the first pitch.  Dummy

10-7 overall but were 3-1 on the road in conference play. Not necessarily trash.

7-5 on the road in conference. 2-1 in Lawrence, Waco and Ft. Worth. 1-2 in Stillwater.

Damn dude, You know you're allowed to use that bat when you go up there

Man it always seems like it is one step forward, two steps back with this crew.

Well they have proven me wrong to give up on them before, maybe they will do it again.

What a miserable finish to that inning.

They’re 10-10 overall away from the Disch. This would make it a losing record.

@zlavydrais correct regarding conference play.

If they get sent to DBU, I’m not as concerned. Anywhere else and I’m not optimistic, overall.

This is pretty much the same formula they beat us with in Lawrence.   Same pitchers.

Yeah. Definitely deja vu vibes.

So, sweeping WVU could be the highlight of our season?

Excuse Me What GIF

And we get to avoid TCU tomorrow. They’re playing pretty well. Maybe.

K-State will throw Neighbors 6+ innings tomorrow if they have to. Season on the line for them. Will be interesting to see what happens.

Right. 7-5 = 12 games which is 3 games for each series. We won 3 of the 4 series on the road (3-1). That’s not trash. I also wouldn’t plug the 3 losses at a neutral site which is why I said 10-7. Forgot to add you @MuellerHorn  my bad

We just wanted to challenge ECU for the worst loss in conference tourneys.

There are many good reasons why I am not the Texas baseball coach. But in a tournament, especially, why do you not make the opposing pitcher throw pitches?

So many swings at first pitches or swings that are early in the count.  Coach Gus would not be happy.

There we go O'Dowd. Hope you have a few of those in you for tomorrow.

If a strategy was as easy as "take pitches", everyone would do it.

Player of the game for Texas. Yeah.
