December 19, 20232 yr 3 of the next 7 matches are vs Liverpool. At Anfield Saturday at 1130am, then at the Emirates for a FA CUP match and league match.
December 19, 20232 yr Honestly, I'd trade a loss in the FA Cup for six points in the PL. 1989, 1991, 2002, and 2004 have two things in common: The Arsenal won the League, and The Arsenal won at Anfield. The two seem related. Only 1998 did we lose at Anfield and go on to win the league (and that one maybe deserves an asterisk: We won ten consecutive to chase down ManUre, clinched the league with two matches to spare, and then a clearly still-hungover Arsenal lost their next match at Anfield.)
December 23, 20232 yr Zinny’s getting skinned; we almost need Kiwior at HT. If we can make it to HT level…

December 23, 20232 yr Damn that was a good chance; Saka or Martinelli should have scored. They’re too good to waste opportunities.
December 23, 20232 yr Rice is so calm on the ball, does so many easy turns or flicks to get out of pressure. Joy to watch. He makes it looks so simple.
December 23, 20232 yr Yup. Three would have been phenomenal, but a point at Anfield is always a good result.

December 26, 20231 yr Really, really hope this awesome group of guys can cement their Arsenal legacy with trophies.
December 28, 20231 yr Fucking pathetic performance today. Yes, they were gifted the goal, but we’ve been horseshit, and every other facet.

We are excellent about giving the ball away though. they tried hard most of the day, especially in the 2H, but man, so many guys were way off their game today. i can’t count how many errors odegaard and trossard made today, two of the guys you least expect to continually put a foot wrong as it were. just a really frustrating performance all around, but still, they gave it their all in the 2H.
