  • That's not true. Chelsea has a £500m bench.

Disappointing outcome, but I had an unbelievable experience last night.   Took a stadium tour before the game.   Watched from the North End nosebleed, and would do it all again in a heartbeat.

They’re gonna kill me this year.   Let’s put a game away.
The 2nd yellow on Tomiyasu was harsh, but that’s part of the game if you get a lame 1st yellow.
Glad to see a stiff backbone to finish this out for 3.

One-nil to The Arsenal.

Held on despise the horseshit sending off of Tomi.

Excellent news for Arsenal

Gabriel Jesus is back to training

Arteta says Gabriel Jesus is available: "He is looking really sharp. He trained the full week. He is ready to go."

Maybe back tomorrow; get some match time ahead of manUre on 9/3.

Kieran Tierney to Real Sociedad, here we go! Verbal agreement in place with Arsenal on loan deal

Tierney deserves to play, and I’m happy for him he’ll be able to, but this be hurts a bit. After his performance v West Brom in the snow a few years ago, I’d never have thought he’d be out of the side and moving away so soon.

Wonder if we bring in another defender before the window closes, since we’re banking on Zinny and Tomi to stay healthy (both of whom don’t have the best history of staying healthy.

Impact subs.

Super. Mik. Arteta.

Now ditch that dodgy new formation and go back to what wrecked the league last year.

Foot down, boys. Sweep the leg.

Fucking. End. This.

They've set things to right but is it too much to ask that in an Arsenal - Fulham game we be the ones to score in the first minute?

This is nice, though:

Never understand why we go so passive. Should have kept the pressure on after taking the lead.

Any opponent should blitz us in the first 1-2 minutes. We’re chronically asleep to start matches at home.

One of these days we’re going to learn how finish an opponent. Not soon enough, though. Sitting back to try and see out a 10-man opponent? WTF?! We invited their equalizer.

We are still trying to do the bare minimum to win and it always bites us in the ass. I don’t get the mentality of not want to demonstrate dominance on the pitch. We constantly play down to shit teams.

We’re headed to Denver for the weekend.  Any recs for where to watch the Arsenal game Sunday AM?  We’ll be in the Cherry Creek area

My understanding is that Partey has sustained a groin injury. The extent of the damage and likely duration of absence is yet to be confirmed.

So the Ghana FA felt compelled to make this announcement on the eve of the manUre match? Da fuq?

Wasn’t pretty but what a finish.   Arsenals corners were absolute shit, until the final one.  That Jesus goal to finish was fucking sweet.

denver Gooners are legit.  I hate Anthony Taylor.  COYG!

@The Maestro, that looks an awesome venue to watch The Arsenal spank manUre. How was the scene there?

The Emirates went WILD after Declan Rice put Arsenal in front! 🤯

I like most folks was a bit taken back at what Arsenal paid for Rice but he’s been worth every Penny if not more    He is a beast

Scene was great.  Here dropping my son off for college.  We had a blast, he’s already said he’ll be back for more games.

Wonder what your manUre cousin thought of this?

Because it sure as fuck looks like:

1. A kick to Eddie's head, followed by:

2. A scissor kick from behind, which:

3. Took down an attacker clear in on goal, where Lindloff was the last defender.

In other words, ANY OF THOSE ARE A STRAIGHT RED!!!  They would had been down to 10-men in the 38th minute.

Hope you enjoyed the dove hunt with your boy. Those are moments to savor for a lifetime.

First win at Everton in 6 years.  I wish we were scoring more, but I'll gladly take the three points.
