I know she wasn't the greatest of all time, and really just had the one big album with her husband (at the time).  But my God, what an album.  It's a true desert island disc for me. I have listened to it countless times and never get tired of it.

The song that sparked my sometimes incomprehensible love trying to play “smooth” jazz.  RIP.

Yes, that album with the Brazilians and Getz is an all time great.  A story goes she was not a professional at the time, but the group decided they needed some vocals and, well, opportunity knocked.  Anyway, her participation in that album makes her worthy.
