June 16, 20232 yr When you Denver people aren't out shooting someone to celebrate the Nuggets win, maybe you could go do some CB recon please.
June 16, 20232 yr A Denver coworker/South Park fan said they’re doing a VIP only soft opening right now. So I’d I ask the Surly Aspen Chateau crowd. But yes, I’m so going next time I visit/fly through Denver. Edited June 16, 20232 yr by billfromlaketravis
June 16, 20232 yr Not yet. Just reopening after a $40M makeover. Going to be impossible to get in for about the first 6 months or so.
June 16, 20232 yr Not yet, I'm gonna let the crowds die down a bit, but I'm definitely going probably in the fall.

June 16, 20232 yr I knew about this, but I'm so glad to see they are doing this right. Same menu, but the food will be well made. I definitely want to check this out at some point. https://www.today.com/video/matt-stone-trey-parker-on-why-they-bought-casa-bonita-restaurant-182613061693 Edited June 16, 20232 yr by dcbc

June 16, 20232 yr Shit I went in 1988 for the first time. I didn't remember the name but once you see the place it all comes flooding back. Food was crap but it was the coolest restaurant I had ever seen at 13.
