    Fuck LSU.

  • Yeah out of who is left, if ORU can’t win it, no problem with Wake Wake or Oral Bob - cool cool cool, new blood or, for Wake, first time in a long ass time  TCU - we compete against them in

  • love seeing the frogs lose.

Wake appears to be dumb enough to pull Lowder?

Has there been a successful bunt in this entire week?

There has been now...  😂😂😂😂😂😂

2nd time a Skenes 2-strike slider has hopped to the backstop but the first time the batter didn't swing.

Think they try some 1st and 3rd fuckery?  Or maybe just a safety squeeze?

Holy shit what a play

That 1B can ball.

he’s a player

Nice that he made a quick throw and didn't try to do the dumbass glove flip that usually goes way high and takes too long to get there.

And now a mortal pitcher is going to give up a bomb.

Great positioning decisions that inning.

IF LF isn't playing in there that's definitely a hit and run.

Yeah it looked good off the bat

I know they have a great pen but Lowder is only at 88 pitches.  I don't get it.

Quality of baseball during the tournament has been outstanding including 2-3 plays by Texas players.

Wake Forest making a pitching change here based on pitch count is odd. I know he was on short days rest (based on college standards) but this is wild.

Especially when they've only made contact with his breaking stuff a couple times. He doesn't need to throw hard.

Difference in this game may be Skenes throwing 140 and WF making a quick change.

Man, I get protecting your arms but huge stakes involved.

Pardon my ignorance but why is wake forest not the home team for the final game of this bracket when they’re the 1 seed?

If the Wake guy was at Stanford we probably make trip #39.

Damn, a 47% K rate is obscene.  Maybe it will work out.

With Crews up you definitely have to walk him here right?

White can hit too but he's also slow and double play ball risk.

They were home in first matchup this tourney, LSU was yesterday, coin flip today.

You sure?

I didn't think they got to a coin flip until they have an equal number of home and aways.

Heading into tonight, Wake was H-H-A, and LSU was H-A-A-H, meaning LSU would host by Rule 2.

This guy looks like he throws 100+. Jesus, he's got some movement on that fastball. I see why his K rate is so high.

check out the big brain on brett!

Walked the righty to pitch to the lefty is kind of strange

Got out of it

Some interesting decisions there by the WF pitching coach but it worked out.

I would have walked Crews there to set up the double play ball with White. Then he walked White which was righty righty to get to righty lefty.

It only matters between the two teams, not the rest of tourney.

Once we get to the Super Regionals and CWS Finals, it’s a bit easier.

For Game 1, the better-seeded team is at home and for Game 2, the better-seeded team is away. Because the best-of-three series is an entirely new tournament, immediately after Game 2 they’ll flip a coin for last ups in Game 3.

So is Skenes really done?  Ravech was talking like it but I'm not so sure.  115 pitches.

Guess he is.  Wake definitely has the better pen in theory.
