Var with another disaster show today in the Brighton/Chelsea game

They at least explained that last call. If a call is overturned by VAR then by rule it’s a drop ball, hence no corner.

But that was not a PK on Milner.

Foden still has the most punchable face in world football. Maybe the world.

lmao, all luton had to do was throw the ball in and the game was over. unreal way for them to lose. SO deserved with that bullshit time wasting. hahahahaha holy shit thank you luton!!!

I missed that part; he awarded Arsenal the ball because of time wasting or something like that? I thought Luton fouled a player to set up the free kick.

Agreed, Insanely dumb time wasting based on what you said.

luton got a throw in at 95:30 of +6, and they all just stood there time wasting. one guy walked as slowly as possible to get there and odegaard and/or rice were in the ref’s ear the entire time, and the ref was acknowledging them and pointing to his watch. the ref  then whistled luton to stop wasting time, they finally threw it in after nearly 30 seconds of time wasting, and we scored, what, at like 56:45 or something? literally just throw the ball in there, kick it around for 15-20 seconds and you win. hilarious. i’ll take it. wow.

just went and looked.

ball goes out at 95:12

ball gets thrown in at 95:38

luton fouls arsenal at 95:57

arsenal scores at 96:23

juat throw the ball in and and don’t concede for 30 seconds and you’re golden. hell, just waste 10 seconds instead of 26 and the game ends. i am so, so grateful for that inexplicable time wasting.

There were a couple Origi games where I knew Liverpool were going to score a goal at the very last second. I had that same feeling tonight. Just didn’t see Luton hanging on all the way through; even in the 94th minute.

Mikel Arteta picked up his third yellow card of the season for over-celebrating and will now be in the stands at Villa Park.He tells @CarrieBrownTV "I could not be seated in my seat. It was pure emotion. If that's a yellow... that's a yellow."#beINPL #LUTARS #AFC #Arsenal

December is going to be rough for Newcastle. They’ve been playing more games than they are used to, picked up a lot of injuries, and have no depth right now.

I'm pretty sure any team loses their #1 keeper they are going to be in a world of hurt.

And Everton is back out of relegation.

They are gassed 1-11. In their game last week against PSG Howe didn’t even make one sub because they didn’t have any quality players on the bench.

They'd be 10th, one place above [checks notes] Chelsea, without the points deduction.  Dyche has improved them since he arrived.
