Got inspired by some of this.  Allow me to present one of the few good things that came out of Waco, the “gut pack”.  For those that don’t know, now you know (Fritos, brisket, sausage, cheddar cheese, beans, bbq sauce, japs and pickles).CCF2598A-1327-4C8D-AD7C-EE54D636C6EA.jpeg.5c5f601127711042e399216d114cb009.jpeg

Left over cabbage, limas a few grains of rice and cornbread. Not shown the two fried pork chops that disappeared earlier.

How to southern eats.

Simple man w/ simple pleasures. Monday lunch fridge cleanup.

MIL’s cheese enchilada heavy on the white onion. Chipotle venison sausage.

This captures the spirit of the thread perfectly.  Well almost perfectly, a Bud Light would have taken it to 11.

The key to the single leftover enchilada is to warm it, JUST enough so that it's warm and the cheese softens, but not so much that you can't just pick it up and eat it with your hand.

Per y'all's suggestion. Sausage with peppers and onions. I kinda wish I hadn't added the can of crushed tomatoes. But it taste damn good 54b3066b0790e8b53ce1f0665fbc2a2e.jpg

I want to make this now. The gut packs went hard!
#3968

Hate to admit this, but had the “small version’ (only one pack of Fritos), for lunch/dinner yesterday.  Just as glorious as the day before.  My gut is now pissed.

Missing firearms in a lot of these posts as of late. Heb nuggs deserve some respect yo. If only I had a small murican flag and a pack of black cats, I’d call this my “lee greenwood” moment.

Very nice, but you opened the wrong sauce.

Chili dogs made with pillsbury pizza crust.

I never thought I'd say it on this thread, but that looks fucking good.

Out at the camp house and got the idea to smoke some sandwich meat.  It was surprisingly pretty good!  I didn’t get a picture of the sandwich I made after but I did take one of the finished product while in the pot keeping them warm.

barbecued bologna is an actual thing in Oklahoma.

And it's not terrible, once you accept the fact that it's barbecued bologna.

"Mr. Underdog, I know that you think that our demand for $20,000 a month in alimony is unreasonable.  But to help you figure this out, I think you need to remember the term 'paralyzed midget.' . . . yes, you sign right here, at the bottom."

I'd fight a man over a barbecued bologna sandwich! (if it was thick slice)

I, for one, celebrate the entire cooked bologna catalog. Say, man... you ever smoke a 4" chub? It'd be a lot cooler if you did.

Model rocket takes it next level. I assume paper plates are not allowed due to fire hazard?

Smoked bologna is pretty good, I'm willing to try smoked olive loaf.

LOL, sorry to get your hopes up.  I just live near there.  Perhaps I should say "go-to brewery".

Like having a home golf course.

Not sure which post it was, but whoever on this thread first turned me on to using left smoked meats for tacos deserves a medal. Ate five if these tonight. 17a6334adb9bc05a9241c0043846b118.jpg
