What is this HEB jalapeno cheeseburger you speak of?

Is it any good?  Pfft, it's HEB, of course it's good.  I may need to add it to the list for Jr. to bring up in Sept.

Fully cooked in frozen section.

Jalapeños were added by me from a jar. Still damn good for frozen.

Their frozen burgers really are pretty good to have on hand for a quick meal.  Seem to use quality meat because I haven’t gotten any bone or gristle in a bite, compared to other brands in the past. They make for a damned good patty melt with Texas toast in short order.

Skillet with a little water in bacon grease heating instead of microwave takes it up a notch but I’m lazy.

Not a bad start to my Saturday. Ate 3/4 of it before I remembered to take a pic. My omelette flipping skills are abysmal at best, but it still tasted great. 2b046473a9615d0b4c9015c07574d184.jpg

Just not a paper plate guy. Apologies.

Mrs. Brat fixed a big batch of her signature crepe enchiladas yesterday for our family dinner to celebrate 3 birthdays. She even made one dish of vegan ones for the family hippies.

The little one is for our own "leftovers" and hidden in the back of the fridge -  vegan dish is at the lower right:

crepe enchiladas

interesting.  how does the crepe compare to a tortilla for enchiladas?

Tastier, and doesn’t weigh heavily on the stomach like corn tortillas. Of course they are not sweet crepes, but made from a plain recipe  modified by Mrs. Brat.

I want some.

you and mrs brat should host surly enchilada night.

Late take here, but I'd add a point for puffs.

While I disagree with your choice of beverage, I applaud your accoutrements.
