August 13, 20232 yr Going to see Stevie Nicks on Tuesday at the Moody Center. I can never get my wife to be on time, so parking in a garage is out, since I don’t want to spend 30-45 min getting by out. I don’t mind paying to park or walking a ways. Suggestions appreciated.
August 14, 20232 yr There's some surface angle spots to the SW corner of the Moody Center. About a 30 second walk to the venue. Takes about 2 minutes to drive outta the area after the show is over. Stevie Nicks' commute will be complicated. You can use my pass, just don't park in the disabled spots.
August 14, 20232 yr I start at comal behind the Disch and just work my East for a street spot if you don’t mind a little walk sometimes you can get lucky on dean keeton too Edited August 14, 20232 yr by UTexasFight
August 14, 20232 yr ^That. I’m going to the show with my 3 daughters. Will grab early dinner somewhere & then just Uber to the show & back to wherever we ate.

August 15, 20232 yr If you're coming from the west side of town, try the Dobie parking garage. Not a bad walk and little traffic in and out. Basically, the opposite of a certain poster's mom's place.
August 15, 20232 yr It would be cool if they built a big ass pedestrian/bike bridge across IH-35 when they redo the highway. Connect Moody to the Disch-Falk parking garage area, either south of Moody or north, in between the soccer stadium and the new arena.
August 15, 20232 yr There’s also two circular dropoff Like roundabouts. One to northeast and one to southeast. Also the road down East side of stadium on western side of the street has some spaces. All of them are about a 30 second walk to venue and you’re given priority to exit surface space. But yeah; parking in a west campus garage sounds awesome
August 16, 20232 yr Okay. I was literally gonna give you a parking pass that would allow you to park 30 seconds away from the Moody Center doors and give you the easiest egress you'd ever have. All I wanted were some nudes of Stevie Nicks. But I get it, she's getting older. We all are. It's an issue of being classy, I get it. Hope you are all having a great time at the show. God bless her. If you've ever been to the Moody Center, there's that grassy area on the west side with the big digital marquee. There's a handful of spaces there. That's where I wanted to meet Stevie Nicks. But if she doesn't show, still a decent place to park. Man, I always wanted to see her and/or Fleetwood Mac live.
