Madden generally sucks but I got it this year since it's on PC. I don't have the latest consoles and my PS4 is jailbroken so it's PC or bust.

Cross play is available now so PC can play against PS4 and Xbox so should be fun.

Anybody out there want to play some games?

I'll have to lookup what my EA tag is or whatever once I get home.

How is it? Been so long since I picked up a sports game. Used to play the shit out of Madden and FIFA.

There’s a four part documentary on Amazon Prime about the Madden series from the start in the 1980s up until now.  Cool as shit to see how they pulled it off - they even reverse engineered the Sega Genesis so they wouldn’t have to pay the Sega licensing fee (but ultimately didn’t need to because they gave Sega Joe Montana football). Interviews or video clips of everybody.

Okay it’s a really fucking good documentary - stuff like how names ended up in the game (eventually had to risk putting them in and fixing things with the NFLPA later on, etc.).

It is a bit of the Trip Hawkins rehabilitation tour though, or at least the first two parts.
