Past few years I've gone through the season just watching OTA games, of which there are some good ones. But there's always some games on ESPN I'd like to watch and occasional UT games on stuff like FS1. 

What's the best combination of access to major channels for college games and price these days? Anywhere I can pay $15 a month and get ESPNs and a couple of others or are those days over?

$15 a month is not going to get you much.  You may want to browse the past few weeks of the cord cutters thread.

$70 a month is pretty steep. Think I'll just stick with the antenna.

IPTV. Around $10/month and you'll get pretty much any channel you can think of. DVR'ing is a challenge, but can be done.
