I counted 16 games as a Texas fan I have at least some interest in watching tomorrow. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a more interesting slate of games in September in my lifetime.

Last week there was almost nothing compelling to watch. Prime v Colorado State would not even be on TV this week, last week it hosted game day.

Holy shit I am geeked about tomorrow. I might end up with 13 games on my DVR and spend a couple weeks watching them during the week waiting on Kansas.

Yeah, but largely because anybody in the Top 10 could lose to anybody.  No. 4 Florida State at an unranked Clemson (and unranked for very good reason) should not be much of a draw.  But damned if I don't think Florida State could lose that after the shit performance they turned in last week.

But you're right--then there's some fun stuff like Iron Skillet action and Coach Prime.  It's a fun Saturday.

thanks for posting the schedule

Yeah, even the 11:00 slot has multiple games I'm interested in (aggy potentially losing at home to Auburn, ou sucks @ Cincy, and the FSU/Clemson game).

Tomorrow's gonna be a good day, Tater.

Wulaw is spot on, looking forward to being in the sports bunker all day and drinking Tito’s mixed hopefully with Aggie tears

I would have called targeting on that UVa hit on the NCSU receiver.

Are you lost @Bullneck?

I don't think so.

There's no "Friday night college football" and I don't feel like starting one.

6 top 25 AP match ups including a top 10 match up.  Very unusual.  This is the best sport.  I weep for people that think the NFL is better.

SMU getting over TCU wouldn't surprise me at all.

UTSA over Tennessee would be glorious

6 games featuring ranked teams playing each other, the most since 2006

Plus Clemson FSU seems like one, and local interest in Horns at #3, possible chances for aggy or sooner to step on their dicks, an interesting KU v BYU future scouting game (plus KU is just fun to watch), Arkansas v LSU could be good, TCU v SMU and Kansas State v UCF are future teams that many fans have as the hardest contests on our schedule.

I sent this text to mdmost yesterday as I was going through the guide looking at each gametime window:

Just jam-fucking packed with games all day! Multiple screens will be involved all day.

Been up since 4:45 mad about the Astros and excited about today. Going to the gym (and take the boy to taekwondo) to burn off some nervous energy and kill time before starting on my Gatorade 0 and vodka and not eating football food.

Hi Tom. You don’t have a game today?

Brand wise and interest wise yes it is very good Saturday but I expect lots of blow outs today. Hopefully I am wrong and these games live up to the hype because I will be watching.

I don't follow Virginia Tech at all, but it's got to sting a bit to be 5 point underdogs to Marshall.

Throw in some Sooner and Irish tears, and you'll be drinking top shelf.

While Lowell is up in Philly, I highly recommend that he takes a late evening stroll through Hunting Park.

Now why would you say that?  Hunting Park is a pretty dangerous area in the daytime.  Walking around at night would be a good way to get killed.

You won’t be in the second half unless you want to see prime lose by 35.

This.

This is the weekend the Deion obsession either comes crashing down or goes nuts.  CU will be ranked 7th or so if they win.

I’d go top 5 if they win but I’m a resume guy. I’d also be fucking shocked.

Finally a common sense multi view package from YouTube TV.

Offense is hard- Cincinnati

co-signed: aggy and auburn.

one good game and 3 cripple fights. Since it’s aggy, OU and Michigan in the cripple fights that’s good viewing in this window.

Amazing how right after the announcers praise Klubnik’s performance, he throws a wounded duck into the turf three yards behind the intended receiver. It’s been said a lot but definitely agree that we’re seeing the decline of the Clemson “empire” in the post-NIL world.

Pulled it from a barstool tweet. Not sure if it’s a regular thing but do like it.
