September 29, 20232 yr Did Brooks ever do a camp where he ran a laser 40? Because he is faster than I thought he was. Would not surprise me if he is actually a 4.4 guy. Or 4.45. Whatever he runs, he is fast enough. And faster than I was expecting.

September 29, 20232 yr Has anyone compared him to Butch Hadnot yet? Because he runs nothing like Butch Hadnot at all.

September 30, 20232 yr dude is the right rb for this offense. he wiggles and euro steps through the right more often than not.
September 30, 20232 yr This dude is the real deal. He looks faster than the 5 star Baxter. He’s not as big or punishing, but this dude rocks. He was a bit iffy on pass catching earlier in the season, but lately has shown good hands. Love this dude. Edited September 30, 20232 yr by Dbeasy

September 30, 20232 yr How much credit does Choice get here? We were worried (rightly) after Bijan/Roschon left, but there hasn't been a MASSIVE drop.
September 30, 20232 yr Plenty, and the HS recruits already recognize Choice is the real fucking deal.

October 1, 20232 yr How much credit does Choice get here? We were worried (rightly) after Bijan/Roschon left, but there hasn't been a MASSIVE drop.I told you guys before the season our RB stable was as well stocked as any team in the country. Even Blue and Red run hard and are tough to bring down. Choice definitely deserves props. He played the position at the highest level himself, and unlike his counterpart at bloU, knows how to coach RB's to do the same things he did.
October 1, 20232 yr Bad Motherfucker Jonathan Brooks leads the nation in rushing yards vs FBS opponents. http://www.cfbstats.com/2023/leader/national/player/split20/category01/sort03.html

October 1, 20232 yr He is faster than Bijan. His speed is the most surprising thing to me. I had no idea he was this fast.

Yeah, it’s been a while since we had a RB that could turn and burn like this.

Basically that's what he is averaging this season. And his career. He is one bad, bad man. Hope he comes back for another year, but at the same time I am going to just enjoy watching him. I have decided his running style reminds me of Jamaal Charles the most. Just a step slower (Jamaal houses that first long run yesterday). That is not a sleight. Brooks is plenty fast. Looks like a 4.4 guy.

October 1, 20232 yr Looks like Tecmo Bowl out there.Ironically my 14 year old was playing techno bowl with modern day Longhorns during TV timeouts at the game.
October 1, 20232 yr Author He was the best player on the field yesterday on a field filled with great players. BAD MOTHER FUCKER
