The December clouds were as grey as an extinguished fire. The cheers from earlier that night had long since faded as the Spurs completed a painful and unfathomable one win November.  The players and s

If I had a rule I could institute for the rest of the season for Pop it would be that Cedi and Keldon are not allowed on the floor together.

How the fuck would this possibly be a flagrant? The amount of reviews during NBA games has gotten so ridiculous.

Absolute joke of a fucking call. Flagrant for playing defense.

This is part of why I hate Cedi so much. Doug is a very limited NBA player but he can at least shoot the fucking ball and give you stretches like this.

Doug is the only person where i don't groan when he shoots a 3.

Also, so many of Wemby's 3s hit everything but the bottom. They are such good looking shots to not go in.

Him, DV and Champagnie.

With everyone else it's a God damn adventure.

(I mean obviously Wemby can take as many as he wants afaic)

I think I passed out somewhere around the third quarter from orgasmic pleasure induced by multiple dunking.

Victor Wembanyama becomes the first player in NBA history to put up at least 25-10 with multiple blocks and play 20 minutes or fewer(h/t @Stathead)#PorVida

There’s some crazy stat like this every other night now. He doesn’t even know what he’s doing out there yet. I can’t imagine what he’s going to be in 3 years.

Wemby turned 20 a week ago? Don't even recall LeBron or Shaq being that dominant that quickly. And neither possessed anything close to the skillset that Victor already has.

Going to be at the game tomorrow, so hopefully Wemby plays for the first time in a back to back.

No Wembanyama tomorrow, as expected. Also no back-to-back next weekend. Popovich said he’ll be reevaluated shortly after that.

Dare I say we're playing some decent ball? We've moved up to having the 5th worst net rtg. Could see us jumping MEM by the end of the season, too.

They’ve been playing better for sure but the competition has been much easier. There’s some opportunities for more wins coming up as well. Collins and Bassey being out has been a blessing in disguise too.

The rest of the team is starting to realize that the game is easier for them if they play through Wemby. Once they truly understand how to do that, then all of the role guys start to look like legitimate NBA players.

I mean it's net rtg. A good way to raise it is to hammer shitty teams which we've done a couple times now - and to hang tough with better teams and we did that against MIL and @CLE (not so much Boston).

I will say playing some shitty teams has helped our confidence I think. So regardless of how any one game is moving the per possession stats I think they've started believing a bit more that they don't suck SUPER hard and that energy appears to be reflecting in our play a bit.

How are y'all going to watch the game tonight? Having trouble finding it anywhere.

This has been an incredibly entertaining game. I don’t want compliment anyone for fear of the Kermit jinx.

That was a winable game. Vassell can't go 1-13 when Wemby is out and the spurs get the win. But they were game and they seem to be playing harder especially on defense. This group is gonna be alright.

My god, when Keldon Johnson is bad, he’s horrid. Just keep chuckin’, I guess. What a miserable start.

On my way home from an abridged day at work.

Judging from the box score I think we're hungover.

I don't get to see many SA games. So I was looking forward to this one against a clearly mortal opponent.

We are by any definition putrid.

One of those meth benders where you’re up for three days kind of hungover.

Maybe the GHB was really flowing at Magic City.

For those of you not watching (and you shouldn’t be), if one of you old, out of shape degenerates were to don jersey number three for the Spurs and attempt to play with professional athletes, none of us would be able to tell the difference. You might even be an improvement. The whole team has sucked ass, but what he’s doing on the court right now is embarrassing.

#1189

This is fucking embarrassing lolol

What's the spurs equivalent of the Emergency Looch..

Hope we get another number 1 pick

Guys, I would trade Keldon Johnson for Derek Fisher right now. Absolutely incredible half for Wemby. Dude is amazing.

I'm glad Sochan has 23/7/3/2/1 on my bench in fantasy because I forgot there were games on during the day today.

We've outscored ATL by 11 points tonight not including the 10 mins where Branham was on the floor.

Holy fucking shit please reassign that dude.

I mean come the fuck on, man. Osman chipping in a -11 in 12 mins for good measure himself. No one else worse than a -6.
